You must be a Unity member in order to participate in this promotion. Unity cards are free to all visitors 21 and older.

ENTRY

1. Entries for the drawings will be awarded for recorded machine play at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa by inserting a Unity Card into the slot machine’s card reader or for being rated while playing Table Games. Players may receive 1 free daily entry each day of the promotional period, December 1, 2025 through January 1, 2026.
2. There is no limit to the number of entries a participant can earn.
3. All entries earned and activated for a drawing will carry over into the next week’s drawing(s).
4. Entries are non-transferable.
5. Prizes are non-transferable.
6. Players may earn electronic entries dependent on Unity card tier during times listed below:
   7am December 1 – January 1, 2026 as listed below:
• ❖ X – 7am on December 1 – 9:45pm on January 1, 2026
• ❖ Icon – 7am on December 1 – 9:45pm on January 1, 2026
• ❖ Legend – 7am on December 1 – 4:45pm on January 1, 2026
• ❖ Star – 7am on December 1– 4:45pm on January 1, 2026
7. One (1) electronic entry will be awarded to Unity Card holders for each increment of twenty-five (25) tier credit earned based on recorded machine play OR rated table games play. Additional entries may be awarded at management’s discretion based on Unity tier status. No entries will be awarded for Poker play.
   Additional entry multipliers each Wednesday in December based on tier status as follows:
   • ❖ X – 7x entries
   • ❖ Icon – 5x entries
   • ❖ Legend – 4x entries
   • ❖ Star – 3x entries
8. Unity members may visit any Player’s Club location to determine the number of activated entries that person has within one (1) hour of the start of a drawing.
9. It is the sole responsibility of each participant to ensure that his or her card has been properly inserted into a machine’s card reader or has been rated while playing table games one hour before each hourly drawing.

HOURLY DRAWINGS

1. On January 1, 2026, a drawing will be held at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Tampa where entries will be selected from our virtual drawing drum, as outlined above, for each drawing. The person whose Unity Member’s ID number matches the number of the selected entry will be eligible to win one (1) of the prizes. The winner(s) must present their Unity card and approved ID to the Drawing Official at the car display within ten (10) minutes of being called or the prize will be forfeited. If the winner(s) are not present within this time period, additional entries will be drawn until all prizes are properly claimed.
2. Participants must be present and claim to receive Free Play prize and have loaded to account. Free Play prize is valid for twenty-four (24) hours from issuance.
3. Participants are eligible to win only one (1) hourly drawing prize per day.

FINALIST GRAND PRIZE DRAWINGS

4. On January 1, 2026, a drawing, as listed in above prize scheduler, will be held at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Tampa where eligible finalists will present their Unity card and approved ID to the Drawing Official at the car display to physically receive one (1) drawing entry to drop into their tier levels drawing drum. The person whose Unity Member’s ID number matches the number of the selected entry will be eligible to win one (1) of the prizes. If the Finalist winner(s) are not present and have not received their drawing ticket to officially drop in Grand Prize Drawing by time of drawing taking place as scheduled, no additional entries will be drawn.
5. Once winning finalists have checked in for each tier, they will randomly choose from 5 options which will have one of the Grand Prizes randomly listed and be awarded that prize.
6. Participants must be present to win.
7. Participants are eligible to win only one (1) Grand Prize drawing prize per day.
8. Free Play will be automatically loaded to player account and is valid for seventy-two (72) hours from issuance.

GENERAL RULES

1. Participants must be 21 years of age or older and a Unity member to participate and must present valid identification to claim prize.
2. Unity members that have been trespassed or banned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida or who have opted into the self-exclusion program are prohibited from participating.
3. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Casino Management and/or the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission.
4. Any and all applicable taxes or license fees will be final and binding on all participants in this promotion.
5. Casino Management and/or the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these rules and that decision will be final and binding on all participants in this promotion.
6. Any prize receipt/voucher or drawing entry that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with, mechanically reproduced, is illegible, or has been obtained by any means other than pursuant to these rules is automatically void.
7. By participating in this promotion, winners hereby give their permission to use their names, likenesses, etc., for promotional purposes without compensation.
8. Employees of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casinos and the Seminole Casinos and employees of vendors permanently assigned to work at a particular property and their immediate family members may not participate in any promotions at any of the Seminole properties. Also excluded from participating are Tour Operators, their agents and employees, as well as employees of advertising agencies, and promotional companies, their immediate family members, agent’s successors and assignees.
9. The prizes and/or dates of this promotion may be modified or cancelled by Casino Management at any time based on operational and/or business concerns. The general rules may not be modified without the approval of the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission.
10. All prizes on display will be awarded as shown. Prizes depicted in advertising are for promotional purposes and subject to manufacturer’s availability and may not accurately represent actual prizes to be won.
11. Cash may be substituted in lieu of any of the Grand Prizes. Prize or cash equivalent is determined by Casino Management.
12. Multiple and additional swipe offers available through other promotional offers not associated with this promotion are not eligible for this promotion.
13. Free Entry/Drawing Ticket Distribution Mail-in Entries - To receive a free entry, send a 3” x 5” index card with the following information PRINTED legibly: First & Last name and account numbers as it appears on your Unity Card and your contact information, postmarked ten (10) calendar days prior to the end of the promotion and received three (3) calendar days prior to the drawing. Limit one (1) free entry per request, per stamped outer envelope, per promotional period. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied requests accepted.
