Entry & Eligibility

1. Open to all participants 21 years of age or older and who attend the off-property entertainment event at Rays games where the Seminole Hard Rock Tampa is present April 17-20, 2025, are eligible to participate in an event exclusive information capture promotion for a prize.
2. There is no cost or buy-in associated with this promotion.
3. Participants must provide Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Tampa Representative with their name, date of birth, valid email address and Unity account number, if applicable.
4. Collected information will be taken back to property.
5. Promotions team will randomize and select a winner.
6. Winners will be contacted via email within seven (7) days of the entertainment event.
7. Any participant who is not already a Unity member must register for a Unity Card before the prize may be claimed.
8. Winners must come to property to collect their prize.
9. Promotion prize will be displayed at the entertainment event.
10. Odds of winning are determined on the numbers of entries received.

12. If the winner does not claim within 72 hours, the prize will be forfeit.   
13. Participants are only eligible to win one (1) prize per entertainment event.
14. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
15. By participating in this promotion, winners hereby give their permission to use their names, likenesses, etc., for promotional purposes without compensation.
16. Employees of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casinos and the Seminole Casinos and employees of vendors permanently assigned to work at a particular property and their immediate family members may not participate in any promotions at any of the Seminole properties. Also excluded from participating are Tour Operators, their agents and employees, as well as employees of advertising agencies, and promotional companies, their immediate family members, agents, successors and assignees.
17. All prizes on display will be awarded as shown. Prizes depicted in advertising are for promotional purposes and subject to manufacturer’s availability and may not accurately represent actual prizes to be won.

Details

1. Individuals who wish to enter must go online using the QR code provided at the event, from there they will find an “entry form” button and follow the instructions in order to be entered into this promotion. Link to entry form will be available via QR code.
2. There is a one entry limit per person for this promotion, per event.  There is no cost to enter the promotion.
3. Participants must complete the online form with correct and current contact information to be eligible.
4. One (1) winner will be selected by random electronic selection from the online applicants directly following the event.  Each winner will receive prize as indicated above.  The electronic selection will take place at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Tampa.
5. Winners will be notified via email and/or phone provided on their submitted form.
6. Winner will be given instructions for how to claim prize once they have responded to confirm notice of winning.
7. Must be 21 or older to participate.
8. By providing your email address, you authorize Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Tampa and Seminole Gaming to communicate with you regarding future promotional offers.  You may opt out of this service at any time by clicking “unsubscribe.”  Must be 21 years or older and must possess valid ID.  No purchase necessary to enter or win.  A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.  Multiple entries will be disqualified.
9. Winners must reply to the winner notification e-mail in order to claim their prize within three (3) days.
10. Prize is non-transferable.

General

1. Winner must present approved identification.  They must be 21 years of age or older and become or be a current Unity member to participate.
2. Unity members that have been trespassed or banned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida or who have opted into the self exclusion program are prohibited from participating.
3. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Casino Management and/or the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission.
4. Any and all applicable taxes or license fees will be final and binding on all participants in this promotion.
5. Casino Management and/or the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these rules and that decision will be final and binding on all participants in this promotion
6. By participating in this promotion, winners hereby give their permission to use their names, likenesses, etc., for promotional purposes without compensation. \
7. Employees of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Tampa and the Seminole Casinos, including Tribal employees and employees of vendors permanently assigned to work at a particular property and their immediate family members may not participate in any casino promotions or events at any of the Seminole properties. Also excluded from participating in promotions and events are Tour Operators, their agents and employees, as well as employees of advertising agencies, and promotional companies, their immediate family members agent’s, successors and assignees.
8. The prizes and or dates of this promotion may be modified or cancelled by Casino Management at any time based on operational and/or business concerns. The general rules may not be modified without the approval of the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission.
