Lu Tsai is the new Vice President of Asian Player Development at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa.

Reporting to Mikhail Gaushkin, Senior Vice President of Marketing, Tsai will lead strategic initiatives aimed at cultivating and expanding player growth for the resort within the Asian communities.

Tsai brings an outstanding blend of experience and expertise, with a career spanning over 25 years in the gaming and hospitality industry. He held various executive roles at Harrah’s and Caesars Las Vegas for over 10 years, from Executive Host to Director. He also spent 15 years in leadership positions across Macau, Vietnam, and South Korea, working with renowned establishments such as City of Dreams, Galaxy, Grand Ho Tram, Inspire, and SJM. His roles ranged from Director to Chief Marketing Officer.

During his tenure, he successfully led single property Gross Gaming Revenue at City of Dreams and Galaxy Macau. Additionally, Tsai played a crucial role in the pre-opening teams for Harrah’s in 2004, Grand Lisboa Place in 2019, and Mohegan Inspire in 2023.

In his free time, Tsai enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children. When he’s not working on his golf game, one can find him enjoying cigars and hosting backyard BBQs with family and friends.
