The Italian-American restaurant will feature two Easter specials including a savory Pistachio Crusted Lamb Loin with Fagottini pasta, sweet pea puree and mint demi ($60); and Frutti di Mare comprised of Scallop, shrimp, mussels, clams, calamari, crab, Calabrian chili, pomodoro and spaghetti alla chitarra ($60).
Council Oak Steaks & Seafood
The sophisticated American steakhouse will showcase three specials including American Wagyu Osso Bucco with Boursin polenta and shaved truffles ($95); spiced walnut crusted Corvina with ginger spiced carrot puree, sautéed spinach and onions ($60); and a 6-ounce snow wagyu ribeye ($300).
The Rez Grill
For Easter Brunch, this American grill with a southern soul will feature a Maine lobster omelette with crème fraiche, chives and baby green salad.
Fresh Harvest Buffet
The fan-favorite buffet will offer an elevated Easter brunch from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., featuring gourmet selections such as smoked salmon eggs Benedict, shrimp & grits, french toast with mixed berries, grilled skirt steak, breakfast tostada; seafood wok fry, shrimp, lobster meat, scallops; Cioppino, prime rib carving, leg of lamb carving, risotto with braised short rib, crab claws, and ceviche.
Easter dinner will also be offered from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. with delectable options such as lamb lollipops with red wine demi glaze; grilled asparagus Oscar-style; sauteed heirloom carrots, pan seared red snapper, grilled steak with mint chimichurri and shrimp tostada. Prime rib carving, leg of lamb carving, seafood wok fry, shrimp, lobster meat, scallops; risotto with braised short rib, crab claws and ceviche will also be offered during dinner.
Easter brunch and dinner specials at Fresh Harvest are respectively priced at $69.95 per person.
Rise Kitchen & Deli
The casual eatery, Rise Kitchen & Deli will be offering a three course Easter special for $45 per person from noon to 8 p.m. Features include a watermelon arugula salad with grape tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and feta cheese; a surf and turf entrée with a 12 oz. ribeye steak served with jumbo shrimp, honey balsamic glazed rainbow carrots, roasted fingerling dijon potatoes; and lemon cheesecake with lemon curd, whipped cream and raspberries for dessert.
