Entry & Eligibility

1. Participant must post on their public Instagram account, tag @hardrockholly, use hashtag #HardRockStayAndPlay and share their favorite moment at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood: winning a jackpot; dining at a restaurant; in the front of the new Guitar Façade Music & Light Show; enjoying a concert; etc..

2. Must be a Unity By Hard Rock Member or sign up to redeem prize.

3. All participants will be required to go to seminolehardrockhollywood.com/ShareStayPlayGiveaway and,

a. Certify that they are 21 years of age or older

b. Complete a web form containing, name, contact information including email and a link to their post on Instagram. Instagram account must be public.

4. Content must be a photo or video on Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Property and posted between October 1 and October 15

a. Post must have @hardrockholly tagged and use hashtag #HardRockStayAndPlay

5. Limit one (1) entry per person. One (1) winner will be chosen based on the user who has the most likes. Entries may be submitted from Tuesday, October 1 at 10:00AM through Tuesday, October 15 at 11:59PM. All entries received through that time period will not carry over into any future prize selection(s).

Prize Issuance

6. Prize schedule is as follows: One winner will be selected to receive Two-night stay for 1 winner with a guest at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, a $1000 Resort Credit & $300 Free Play.

7. Winner will be contacted by Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood Marketing Team Management. 

8. Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Hollywood will notify the winner via email provided on Thursday, October 17 by 6:00PM with instructions to claim the prize. Player must present approved photo ID at Players Club to redeem Free Play offer. Winner must reply to email within 48 hours verifying all information is correct and selected days of hotel stay. Once information is verified guest will receive confirmation code for hotely stay.

9. Entries and prizes are non-transferable.

10. Blackout dates apply.

11. Prize must be used by April 30, 2025.

12. One (1) prize per participant per promotion. Any unclaimed prize will be forfeited.

General Rules

1. Participants must present approved identification and be at least 21 years of age to participate.

2. Persons who have been trespassed or banned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida or who have opted into the self-exclusion program are prohibited from participating.

3. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Casino Management and/or the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission.

4. Any and all applicable taxes or license fees will be final and binding on all participants in this promotion.

5. Casino Management and/or the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these rules and that decision will be final and binding on all participants in this promotion.

6. Any prize receipt/voucher or drawing entry that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with, mechanically reproduced, is illegible, or has been obtained by any means other than pursuant to these rules is automatically void.

7. By participating in this promotion, winners hereby give their permission to use their names, likenesses, etc., for promotional purposes without compensation.

8. Employees of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casinos and the Seminole Casinos and employees of vendors permanently assigned to work at a particular property and their immediate family members may not participate in any casino promotions or events at any of the Seminole properties. Also excluded from participating in casino promotions and events are Tour Operators, their agents and employees, as well as employees of advertising agencies, and promotional companies, their immediate family members, agents, successors and assignees.

9. The prizes and or dates of this event may be modified or cancelled by Casino Management at any time based on operational and/or business concerns. The general rules may not be modified without the approval of the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission. All prizes on display will be awarded as shown. Prizes depicted in advertising are for promotional purposes and subject to manufacturer’s availability and may not accurately represent actual prizes to be won.

10. Cash may be substituted in lieu of any of the Grand Prizes. Prize or cash equivalent determined by Casino Management.

11. Multiple and additional swipe offers available through other promotional offers not associated with this promotion are not eligible for this promotion.

12. Free Entry/Drawing Ticket Distribution Mail-in Entries - To receive a free entry, send a 3” x 5” index card with the following information PRINTED legibly: First & last name as it appears on your Seminole Wild Card, Seminole Wild Card account number, and contact information postmarked ten (10) calendar days prior to the end of the promotion and received three (3) calendar days prior to the drawing. Limit one (1) free entry per request, per stamped outer envelope. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied requests accepted.
