We believe in developing our bench strength through a variety of programs, cross-training opportunities and online and classroom training. One such program is our culinary training program. We have exciting training opportunities for Team Members in our fine and casual dining outlets as well as our pastry kitchen. Our property has 12 different kitchens, each with its own menu and unique culinary style. Training can range from learning basic food prep techniques and working a station such as the grill or pantry. Career paths are illustrated in the table below.

Please note: Higher level positions typically require culinary education. Team Members can enroll in various schools to earn culinary certifications to help expedite career progression. Programs can last up to 13 months and cost around $5,000.
