In the night's main event, reigning heavyweight champion Larry "OSO" Gonzales (8-4 MMA, 1-0 CFFC) will put his title on the line for the first time when he faces the hard-hitting Tafon "Da Don" Nchukwi (7-4 MMA, 3-0 CFFC). The night's co-headliner will see former heavyweight champion and Florida's own Anthony "The Daywalker" Guarascio (3-2 MMA, 2-1 CFFC) take on undefeated newcomer Jackson "The Last Caveman" Stanford (2-0 MMA, 0-0 CFFC).

Additional matchups already confirmed for the card include former CFFC lightweight champion Blake "Honey Badger" Smith (10-4) vs. Devon Dixon (8-3-1), featherweights Christian "Strictly Business" Carr (4-2) vs. Shaun Stant (3-0), middleweights Fathy Elsony (1-0) vs. Cody Porter (1-0), welterweights Liam "The Hitman" Hamill (4-0) vs. Ron Humphrey (3-0), and middleweights Paul Carson (3-1) vs. Lucas "Ugi" Cortes (2-1).

Tampa's own Theoren "Thor" Thorn (5-2) is also expected to compete at the event, with his opponent and more bout announcements expected shortly.

"Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa was the first venue we partnered with when we expanded to Florida in 2021 and even played host to the historic CFFC 100, and we're excited to be returning now for CFFC 151 as part of a larger initiative with Hard Rock Hotels across North America," CFFC CEO Rob Haydak said. "We've got the heavyweight title on the line in our main event, and proven finishers in the co-main event as well, so expect fireworks to close out the night following an evening full of some of the absolute top up-and-coming talent in MMA and our signature brand of fast-paced, high-energy entertainment from start to finish.
