A ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new HealthSpot station will take place at the property in September.

A virtual healthcare visit allows for the individual to see and talk to a healthcare provider from a HealthSpot station without an appointment. Most visits take 10-15 minutes and healthcare providers can call or fax in a prescription to the employee’s local pharmacy.

It is recommended to utilize the HealthSpot station when one’s doctor is not available or one is considering visiting a hospital emergency room for a non-emergency health condition.

Visiting a HealthSpot station can include care for such non-emergency conditions as colds and flu; ear aches; fever; pink eye and sties; rashes and skin conditions; seasonal allergies; sinus infections; sore throat and upper respiratory infections.
