The fine-dining, upscale and casual dining concepts at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa will honor Valentine’s Day this coming Friday, Feb. 14 with an unforgettable array of offerings. Each restaurant will feature special dishes to help guests celebrate the day of love with enticing prix fixe menus and delectable dishes.

Guests can find a wide variety of Valentine’ Day themed specials at the new Italian-American concept, Cipresso, as well as Council Oak Steaks & Seafood, Fresh Harvest, Hard Rock Cafe, The Rez Grill and Rise Kitchen & Deli.

From Feb. 10 through Feb. 17, The Hard Rock Cafe will offer their “Sips and Sweets” limited-time Valentine’s Day themed menu.  Begin the meal by sipping on a Raspberry Martini ($12.95) with Reyka Vodka, Band of Roses rosé wine, fresh raspberries, lemon juice, and simple syrup topped with a Hard Rock Valentine.  Enjoy Lobster Flatbread ($18.95) with mozzarella cheese, bell peppers and green onions finished with spicy aioli. Choose from entrées including the Lobster Cobb Salad ($20.95) with avocado, roasted corn, black beans, Monterey Jack cheese, pomegranate seeds, and crispy chickpeas on a bed of fresh mixed greens tossed in a ranch dressing;  Deluxe Steak Special with marinated mushrooms ($31.95 / 37.95) or Surf & Turf Deluxe Steak ($36.95 / $42.95) topped lobster thermidor.  Both options are served with a choice of USDA Choice 12 oz. NY strip steak or 8 oz. filet mignon, each served with loaded mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.  To end the meal on a sweet note, dive into decadent Chocolate Cake ($9.95) layered with chocolate pudding, drizzled with raspberry sauce, and topped with fresh whipped cream. 

Cipresso’s ode to Valentine’s Day will showcase a $99 per person three-course prix fixe menu entailing Oyster 3 Ways pepper crusted and truffle foam, cucumber and Calabrian chili granita, polenta crusted and caper aioli; Veal Osso Bucco & Lobster “Scampi” Chianti braised veal, creamy polenta, veal jus, Maine lobster, lemon-garlic butter, focaccia bread crumbs; and Gianduja Budino chocolate-hazelnut pudding, lightly sweetened cream, and candied hazelnuts.

In addition to Council Oak Steaks & Seafood’s traditional a la carte menu, the fine dining concept will set the tone for romance with a $110 per person three-course prix fixe menu featuring Raspberry & Baby Greens with Marcona Almonds, goat cheese, Nueske’s Bacon, and cherry vinaigrette; 8 oz. Ribeye Filet & Lobster Thermidor with red wine demi, chardonnay and garlic beurre blanc; and Pot de Crème & Raspberry with raspberry gelee and vanilla chantilly.

For $40 per person, Fresh Harvest, Tampa’s premiere buffet, will feature bottomless champagne along with various stations filled with items including Carved Prime Rib, Balsamic Guava and Tamarin Pan Seared Salmon Fillet, Lobster Risotto, as well as a selection of soups, salads and holiday inspired desserts. 

The Rez Grill will offer a tempting entrée special featuring Carved Prime Rib ($55) with carnival cauliflower and cream cheese potato gratin.  For those seeking to cure a sweet tooth, enjoy a Triple Chocolate Cake ($12).

Rise Kitchen & Deli will offer a $25 per person or $45 per couple, three-course prix fixe menu, including starter, entrée and dessert. To start, guests will enjoy Apple Cranberry Walnut Salad seasonal mixed greens tossed in white wine vinaigrette, topped with sweet cranberries, candied walnuts, and crumbled feta cheese. As their entrée, Herb Crusted Salmon, featuring Atlantic Salmon, wild rice pilaf, steamed broccoli, and citrus beurre blanc. To finish, Red Velvet Lava Cake.
