Fresh Harvest Buffet Set to Reopen in 2025

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa will host two hiring events on Tuesday, December 10 and 17, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The first hiring event will take place at Hard Rock Event Center on December 10, while a second food and beverage hiring event will take place at The Rez Grill on December 17.  With more than 200 restaurant-related positions available, both events offer Tampa Bay restaurant and other hospitality workers who have been impacted by Hurricanes Helene and Milton with chances to join the Seminole Hard Rock Tampa team.

Seminole Hard Rock Tampa is seeking to fill hundreds of positions as it prepares for the highly anticipated reopening of its Fresh Harvest Buffet in 2025. 

From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, December 10, open positions for consideration at Fresh Harvest will include restaurant hosts/hostesses, bussers, servers, cashiers and cooks (all levels of experience).

Additionally, on Tuesday, December 17, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. open positions for consideration will include restaurant hosts/hostesses, baristas, bussers, servers, assistant managers, cooks (all levels of experience), heavy-duty kitchen cleaners, dishwashers, and sous chefs.

Seminole Hard Rock Tampa offers a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision and 401K, as well as advancement opportunities and more.  All new hires will be eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus, distributed as follows:

  • $100 on the first paycheck
  • $100 after 90 days of employment
  • $300 after 180 days of employment
