Electronic Entries 

1. Entries for the drawings will be awarded for recorded machine play at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa plus one free entry per day.
2. Entries are earned on a promotional basis, February 1 through February 25, 2025.
3. All entries earned and activated for a drawing will not carry over into any future drawing(s). 
4. Entries are non-transferable.
5. Prizes are non-transferable.
6. Players may earn electronic entries from 7am on February 1 through 7:45pm February 25, 2025. One (1) electronic entry will be awarded to Unity Card cardholders for each increment of twenty-five (25) Tier Credits earned based on recorded machine play OR rated table games play. Additional entries may be awarded at management’s discretion based on Unity Card tier status. No entries will be awarded for Poker play.
   • It is the responsibility of Unity cardholders to have their Unity Card properly inserted in the machine’s card reader to earn Tier Credits.
   • Management will upload entries earned or received on a daily basis. The electronic entry system will cease from uploading fifteen (15) minutes prior to each drawing.
   • Participants must insert a Unity Card into the slot machine’s card reader to activate all earned entries. 
7. Unity Card members may visit any Player’s Club location to determine the number of activated entries that person has within one (1) hour of the start of a drawing.
8. It is the sole responsibility of each participant to ensure that his or her card has been properly inserted into a machine’s card reader or has been rated while playing table games within one (1) hour of each drawing time.
9. Prize schedule is as follows: Nine (9) winners for Free Play prizes ranging from $250 to $50,000.  Prizes are determined by the following: The winner will be allowed to select five (5) cards out of twenty (20) cards displayed on the game board to make a “hand”.  The winner will be awarded the amount associated with the “hand”.  

Hourly Drawings 

1. On Tuesday, February 4, 11, 18, 25, 2025, a drawing will be held hourly from 12:00pm (noon) to 8:00pm at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa. A total of one (1) entry will be drawn at the drawing from our electronic drawing program as follows: Each person whose Unity Card number matches the number on the display will be eligible to win one of the prizes.  The winner(s) must present their Unity card and approved ID to the Drawing Official at Player’s Club or the Promotion’s desk in the Hotel lobby near the Grand piano within ten (10) minutes of the number being called or the prize will be forfeited.  If the winner is not present within this time period, additional entries will be drawn until all prizes are properly claimed.
2. Participants must be present to win.
3. Once the winner has been verified they will be allowed to select five (5) cards out of twenty (20) cards displayed on the game board to make a “hand”. The winner will be awarded the amount associated with the “hand”. All decisions are final.
4. Participants are only eligible to win one (1) prize per weekly drawing.
5. Free Play prizes valid for seventy-two (72) hours after issuance.

General

1. Participants must be 21 years of age or older, a member enrolled in the Unity Loyalty program and must present valid identification.
2. Unity members that have been trespassed or banned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida or who have opted into the self exclusion program are prohibited from participating.
3. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Casino Management and/or the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission.
4. Any and all applicable taxes or license fees will be final and binding on all participants in this promotion.
5. Casino Management and/or the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these rules and that decision will be final and binding on all participants in this promotion.
6. Any prize receipt/voucher or drawing entry that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with, mechanically reproduced, is illegible, or has been obtained by any means other than pursuant to these rules is automatically void.
7. Machine malfunction voids all pays and plays.
8. By participating in this promotion, winners hereby give their permission to use their names, likenesses, etc., for promotional purposes without compensation.
9. Employees of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casinos and the Seminole Casinos and employees of vendors permanently assigned to work at a particular property and their immediate family members may not participate in any promotions at any of the Seminole properties. Also excluded from participating are Tour Operators, their agents and employees, as well as employees of advertising agencies, and promotional companies, their immediate family members agent’s, successors and assignees.
10. These rules or this promotion may be modified or cancelled by management at any time based on operational and/or business concerns.
11. All prizes on display will be awarded as shown. Prizes depicted in advertising are for promotional purposes and subject to manufacturer’s availability and may not accurately represent actual prizes to be won.
12. Cash may be substituted in lieu of any of the Grand Prizes. Prize or cash equivalent determined by Casino Management.
13. Multiple and additional swipe offers available through other promotional offers not associated with this promotion are not eligible for this promotion.
14. Free Entry/Drawing Ticket Distribution Mail-in Entries - To receive a free entry, send a 3” x 5” index card with the following information PRINTED legibly: First & last name as it appears on your Unity card, Unity account number, address, phone number, social security and Driver’s License number, postmarked 10 calendar days prior to the end of the promotion and received 3 calendar days prior to the drawing. Limit one free entry per request, per stamped outer envelope, per promotional period. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied requests accepted. Seminole Hard Rock-Tampa assumes no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or postage-due mail. No free entry requests will be accepted through e-mail.
