Day of Giving Celebration
Join us for Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol’s Day of Giving, a celebration of community, generosity and impact. This special event highlights the Band Together Fund—a charitable initiative created and funded by our team members to give back to the communities we call home.
The Band Together Fund provides a one-time $100,000 donation to a local non-profit organization to help bring a transformational project to life. Eligible 501c3 organizations within a 60-mile radius of Hard Rock Bristol are invited to apply. After review by our Charitable Contributions Committee, finalists are chosen and voted on by our team members.
The excitement culminates on the Day of Giving, where we announce the winning organization at our Tree Lighting Ceremony on Tuesday, November 25, 2025. This event not only shines a light on the amazing work of local non-profits but also demonstrates the power of teamwork and community spirit when we all band together.

About the Band Together Fund:

Organizations must be a 501c3 and submit documentation showing 501c3 designation. Organizations must be located within a 60-mile radius of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol. Organizations must apply and submit all required documents by Friday, October 17 at 11:59PM. Organizations may only submit one application for the 2025 Band Together Fund. Finalists for this donation opportunity will be notified no later than Friday, October 24 by 5PM. The winning organization will be announced at our 2nd Annual Day of Giving on Tuesday, November 25.
