April Wine has been a defining presence in the rock scene for more than 50 years.

Celebrated for their soaring ballads and hard-hitting anthems, the band has undergone numerous lineup changes while remaining firmly grounded in their signature sound.

Formed in 1969, April Wine embarked on a journey that would become one of rock’s most enduring legacies. With classic tracks like “Just Between You and Me,” “Sign of the Gypsy Queen,” “Roller,” “I Like To Rock,” “Say Hello,” “Oowatanite,” “Enough Is Enough,” and “Rock N Roll Is A Vicious Game,” they have made a lasting impact on the music world.

Their achievements include induction into the Canadian Music Industry Hall of Fame in 2009, the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 2010, and Canada’s Walk of Fame in 2023—honours that recognize their influence, talent, and contribution to the evolution of rock music.

Their consistent ability to deliver electrifying performances and connect with audiences has secured their place among the genre’s legends.

Today, April Wine continues to tour, bringing their timeless sound to fans across the continent. Current members Brian Greenway, Richard Lanthier, Roy Nichol, and Marc Parent carry on the band’s legacy, delivering the high-energy performances that have defined April Wine for decades.
