Collective Soul

Collective Soul is an American rock band that originated in Stockbridge, Georgia, and is now based in Atlanta.

The band features brothers Ed Roland (lead vocals) and Dean Roland (rhythm guitar), alongside Will Turpin (bass), Johnny Rabb (drums), and Jesse Triplett (lead guitar).

Formed in 1992, Collective Soul released its debut album, Hints Allegations and Things Left Unsaid, on the independent Rising Storm Records label in 1993. That same year, the group's breakout single, "Shine," gained significant regional radio airplay, propelling the band from relative obscurity into the spotlight. Following its growing success, the album was reissued by Atlantic Records in 1994, helping "Shine" become a nationwide hit.

Since then, Collective Soul has established itself as one of rock's most enduring acts, releasing multiple successful albums, earning a loyal fan base, and continuing to tour and record music for more than three decades.
