1. You must be a Unity member in order to participate in this promotion. Unity cards are free to all visitors 21 and older.

ELECTRONIC ENTRIES

1. Entries for the drawings will be awarded for recorded machine play at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Tampa by inserting a Unity card into the slot machine’s card reader plus one (1) free entry each day of the promotional period.
2. There is no limit to the number of entries a participant can earn. Entries are earned on a promotional basis, June 1, 2026 – June 14, 2026. All entries earned and activated for a drawing will not carry over into any future promotion(s).
3. Entries are non-transferable.
4. Prizes are non-transferable.
5. Players may earn electronic entries from 7am on June 1, 2026 through 8:45pm on June 14, 2026. One (1) electronic entry will be awarded to Unity cardholders for each increment of one hundred fifty (150) tier credits earned based on recorded machine play OR table games play. Additional entries may be awarded at management’s discretion based on Unity tier status. No entries will be awarded for Poker play.
6. Additional entry multipliers each Wednesday in June based on tier status as follows:
   • X – 7x entries
   • Icon – 5x entries
   • Legend – 4x entries
   • Star – 3x entries
7. Entries must be activated fifteen (15) minutes prior to the drawing. It is the sole responsibility of each participant to ensure that his or her card has been properly inserted into a machine’s card reader or has been rated in table games to activate the entries within one (1) hour of each drawing.
8. Management will upload activated entries received on a daily basis. The electronic entry system will cease from uploading fifteen (15) minutes prior to each drawing.
9. Participants must insert a Unity card into the slot machine’s card reader or be rated in Table Games to activate entries. Participants may visit Player’s Club to determine amount of entries earned.
10. Participants must be present to win.

HOURLY DRAWINGS

1. On June 14, 2026, a drawing will be held at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Tampa where a select number of entries, as outlined in the prize schedule, will be drawn from our electronic drawing program as follows: Each person whose Club ID number matches the number on the display will be eligible to win one (1) of the prizes. Player’s will have ten (10) minutes to claim their prize at the promotion area next to the Grand Piano. If the prize is not claimed in the allotted time, prize will be forfeit and no additional names will be called.
2. Participants are eligible to win one hourly prize per drawing day.
3. Must be present to win.

GENERAL RULES

1. Participants must be 21 years of age or older, a member enrolled in the Unity program and must present valid identification.
2. Unity members that have been trespassed or banned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida or who have opted into the self-exclusion program are prohibited from participating.
3. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Casino Management and/or the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission.
4. Any and all applicable taxes or license fees will be final and binding on all participants in this promotion.

7. Machine malfunction voids all pays and plays.

10. The prizes and or dates of this promotion may be modified or cancelled by Casino Management at any time based on operational and/or business concerns. Free Entry/Drawing Ticket Distribution Mail-in Entries - To receive a free entry, send a 3” x 5” index card with the following information PRINTED legibly: First & last name as it appears on your Unity card, Unity account number, address, phone number, Social Security and Driver’s License number, postmarked ten (10) calendar days prior to the end of the promotion and received three (3) calendar days prior to the drawing. Limit one (1) free entry per request, per stamped outer envelope, per promotional period. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied requests accepted. If the winner(s) are not present within this time period, additional entries will be drawn until all prizes are properly claimed.
