Official Rules 

September 6, 13, 20 and 27

1. You must be a Unity Card member in order to participate in this promotion. Unity Cards are free to all visitors 21 and older.

Electronic Entries

1. Entries for the weekly drawings will be awarded for recorded play at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Tampa, plus one (1) free entry per day.There is no limit to the number of entries a participant can earn. 
2. All entries earned and activated for a drawing will not carry over into any future promotion(s).
3. Entries are non-transferable.
4. Prizes are non-transferable.
5. Players may earn electronic entries from 7am August 26, 2026 – 8:45pm September 27 , 2026.  One (1) electronic entry will be awarded to Unity Card holders for each increment of (25) tier credits earned based on recorded machine play OR  table games play. Additional entries may be awarded at management’s discretion based on Unity Card tier status. No entries will be awarded for Poker play.
6. Entries must be activated fifteen (15) minutes prior to the drawing. It is the sole responsibility of each participant to ensure that his or her card has been properly inserted into a machine’s card reader or has been rated in table games to activate the entries within one (1) hour of each drawing time.
7. Management will upload activated entries received on a daily basis.  The electronic entry system will cease from uploading fifteen (15) minutes prior to each drawing.
8. Participants may insert their card into a slot machine once per drawing day to receive their free entry.
9. Participants must insert a Unity Card into the slot machine’s card reader or be rated in Table Games to activate entries.
10. Participants may visit Player’s Club to determine amount of entries earned.
11. Participants must be present to win.
12. Prize schedule is as follows: Five (5) hourly winners each  Sunday; each winner will spin the wheel 3x to determine their prize.  Prizes range from $750 Free Play to $9,000 Free Play.  Spin the wheel and land on $1,000 3x to win the insured prize* of $1 million dollars. *Paid as a 40-year annuity.

Drawings

1. On September 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29, 2026 from 12:00pm to 9:00pm, an hourly drawing will be held at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Tampa and a total of five (5) entries will be drawn from our electronic drawing program as follows: Each person whose Club ID number matches the number on the display will be eligible to win one (1) of the prizes.  The winner(s) must present their Unity Card and approved ID to the Drawing Official at the Promotions Area in the Hotel Lobby within ten (10) minutes of the number being called or the prize will be forfeited.  If the winner is not “present” within this time period, additional electronic entries will be drawn until all prizes are properly claimed.
2. Once the winner is verified, the winner will the spin the wheel three (3) times.  The amount that the winner lands on for each spin is added together to equal the total prize.
   a. There will be no practice spins allowed.
   
   b. It is the “Video Display” on the wheel and NOT the indicator arrow that will announce the amount of the prize won. In the event there is a discrepancy between the video display and the indicator arrow, only the video display shall be considered correct.
   
   c. When indicated by the video display, the contestant will spin the Super Prize Wheel a minimum of ONE (1) FULL ROTATION and allow it to come to a complete stop with the indicator arrow pointing to a labeled section on the wheel.
   
   d. Repeat the previous step until the contestant has spun the wheel three (3) times and the video display of the Super Prize Wheel announces the total.
   
   e. If any contestant spins a total of exactly $1,000 in their three (3) spins for a total of exactly Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000), that contestant will be eligible for the insured prize of $1 million dollars.
   
   f. In the event the $1 million dollar insured prize is awarded, the remaining drawing participants for that drawing day will be awarded the top free play prize of $2,750 free play and given the opportunity to spin for the insured prize on the next scheduled drawing date.  No additional free play prizes will be awarded as a result of those spins.
   
   g. If the $1 million dollar prize is verified by Odds On Promotions to Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Tampa, the winner or winners will be paid at the end of the verification period.
   
   h. The embedded wheel sensors, game software, and corresponding video display of the Super Prize Wheel are the sole determiners of whether or not a contestant is an insured prize winner.  The indicator arrow and wheel graphics are used for informational purposes only and will not be considered in determining if a contestant is an insured prize winner.
   
   i. All Grand Prize winning plays are subject to verification by Odds On Promotions to Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Tampa whose decisions are final and binding.
   
   j. A contestant is not a winner of a grand prize, even if the visual display should so indicate, unless the odds established by the intended parameters of the promotion are beaten, as solely determined by the memory logs of the promotion software and the Schedule of Wheel Parameters and the winning play did not occur as a result of any other scenario including but not limited to human error, software error, or machine malfunction.
   
   k. Current or former employees, family members, agents, successors, or assignees of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Tampa or any promotional agency involved with this promotion shall be ineligible to participate and/or claim any reimbursable prize within.
   
   l. Names and likenesses of promotion winner(s) may be used by Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Tampa for promotional purposes without further compensation.

1. Participants are only eligible to win one (1) prize per drawing day.
2. Free Play prizes valid for twenty-four (24) hours after issuance.

General Rules

1. Participants must be 21 years of age or older, a member enrolled in the Unity Card program and must present valid identification.
2. Unity Card members that have been trespassed or banned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida or who have opted into the self-exclusion program are prohibited from participating.
3. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Casino Management and/or the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission.
4. Any and all applicable taxes or license fees will be final and binding on all participants in this promotion.
5. Casino Management and/or the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these rules and that decision will be final and binding on all participants in this promotion.
6. Any prize receipt/voucher or drawing entry that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with, mechanically reproduced, is illegible, or has been obtained by any means other than pursuant to these rules is automatically void.
7. Machine malfunction voids all pays and plays.
8. By participating in this promotion, winners hereby give their permission to use their names, likenesses, etc., for promotional purposes without compensation.
9. All employees of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casinos and the Seminole Casinos and employees of vendors permanently assigned to work at a particular property and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.  Also excluded are Tour Operators, their agents and employees, as well as employees of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Tampa’s advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in this promotion and their immediate family members, agent’s successors and assignees.  Employees of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Tampa may not participate in casino promotions or events.
10. The prizes and or dates of this promotion may be modified or cancelled by Casino Management at any time based on operational and/or business concerns. The general rules may not be modified without the approval of the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission. All prizes on display will be awarded as shown. Prizes depicted in advertising are for promotional purposes and subject to manufacturer’s availability and may not accurately represent actual prizes to be won.
11. Cash may be substituted in lieu of any of the Grand Prizes. Prize or cash equivalent determined by Casino Management.
12. Multiple and additional swipe offers available through other promotional offers not associated with this promotion are not eligible for this promotion.
13. Free Entry/Drawing Ticket Distribution Mail-in Entries - To receive a free entry, send a 3” x 5” index card with the following information PRINTED legibly: First & last name as it appears on your Unity Card, Unity Card account number, and contact information postmarked ten (10) calendar days prior to the end of the promotion and received three (3) calendar days prior to the drawing. Limit one (1) free entry per request, per stamped outer envelope. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied requests accepted. Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Tampa assumes no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or postage-due mail. No free entry requests will be accepted through e-mail.
