The new 7,000-person capacity Hard Rock Live opened its doors to sellout crowds and standing ovations. Hard Rock Live is a cashless venue for all food & beverage purchases only. Accepted forms of payments are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Unity Points, Room Charge & Gift Cards.

- Hours: Open 1 hour prior to event
- Note: Guests must have the credit card used to purchase their ticket(s), Ticketmaster account number, and a matching photo ID to the name on their order in order to pick up tickets at Will Call.
