  • Can I bring my pet?

    Yes. We accept dogs up to 40 pounds on property. A $150 non-refundable fee will apply for hotel guests. Read our pet policy. There is a pet area located outside at the bus lobby entrance.

  • Do you offer day passes for the pools?

    The pool is available to hotel guests only. Cabanas are now available 7 days a week for rent and are based on availability. Reservations are required and may be made by calling (866) 502-7529.

  • Does the casino offer sports betting?

    Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is celebrating “A New Era in Florida Gaming” with the launch of craps, roulette and retail sports betting at all six Seminole Casinos. Mobile sports betting is also available to players located throughout Florida. The introduction of the new games is a historic milestone that immediately puts Florida in the same league with the world’s great gaming destinations.

    Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood offers 10 craps tables and 20 roulette tables on its casino floor. In addition, dozens of retail sports betting locations can be found throughout the property, including both electronic kiosks and kiosks with live sports betting agents.

  • How do I sign up for a Unity by Hard Rock account?

    You can join Unity for free by enrolling online or visiting any Unity desk on property.

    After signing up, you can begin earning rewards on hotel stays, dining, gaming, and entertainment right away.

  • Do you offer complimentary parking?

    Yes. We have complimentary parking located on property at Lucky Street Garage, Winner’s Way Garage and Seminole Way Garage. Valet parking is also available at a charge of $35 for overnight guests. Valet will charge $40 for event parking on all Hard Rock Live event nights. Daily rate is $30. XCARD members will receive complimentary parking.
