The new 7,000-person capacity Hard Rock Live opened its doors to sellout crowds and standing ovations. Primed as the epicenter of South Florida entertainment, the new venue hosts state-of-the art technical capabilities that supports A-list celebrity performances as well as award shows, sporting events and nationally televised programs. Acoustically pure with unobstructed sight-lines, the venue is a stand-out option for entertainers and tours across the country, and draws internationally acclaimed acts.

Hard Rock Live is a cashless venue for all food & beverage purchases only. Accepted forms of payments are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Unity Points, Room Charge & Gift Cards.

All GA Ticket Holders who arrive before 4:00 pm, should proceed to outdoor waiting area on property. For information about the waiting area please see Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Security. Guests are not permitted to “hold” a place in line for other guests who are arriving later. Guests must follow all venue policies, posted instructions, and directives from venue staff. Hard Rock Live management reserves the right to amend or make additions to these policies at any time. Ticket holders found in violation of the following policy may be asked to surrender their tickets and leave the property.

    • Hours: Open 1 hour prior to event
    • Note: Guests must have the credit card used to purchase their ticket(s), Ticketmaster account number, and a matching photo ID to the name on their order in order to pick up tickets at Will Call.
  • Media Credentials Request

    To apply for media credentials for an event at Hard Rock Live, please complete the Media Credentials Request form.

  • Venue Rentals

    Rentals are only available Sunday through Thursday.

    Please complete the Venue Rental form to submit your request. We will only respond to entertainers on an "as needed" basis.
