Colombian celebrity Chef Juan Manuel Barrientos takes over Abiaka Wood Fire Grill for a four day culinary pop-up from Thursday, October 10 through Sunday, October 13.
Known in the gastronomic world as ‘Juanma’ he is the first chef in history to lead a Colombian cuisine restaurant, Elcielo, to win a Michelin star. The pop-up will give guests a glimpse into the dynamic food, drinks and entertainment of Michelin-starred restaurant, Elcielo Miami.
