Closure

The property will be closed for construction and the transformation will begin into the highly anticipated Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and Guitar Hotel Las Vegas. The property will be reimagined and developed into a new integrated resort featuring a nearly 700 ft. guitar-shaped hotel prominently in the center of the famous Las Vegas Strip.
Unity by Hard Rock

The Mirage's closure will not affect your Unity Points and comp balances. Enjoy Members can redeem their credits and points at any participating Hard Rock Cafes, Hotels, and Casinos – anywhere in the world. Yes, the points will be returned to your Unity account within 72 hours (3 days).
Gaming

After July 17, 2024, slot vouchers can be redeemed by the expiration date printed on the slot voucher via mail to 3400 S Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89109. Guests must provide a copy of their identification card if the guest does not have a Unity account with The Mirage. All mail must be postmarked by the expiration date of the voucher.

Chips can be redeemed at Treasure Island up to 120 days after July 17, 2024.

Valid/winning Bet MGM tickets purchased at The Mirage may be redeemed at any participating MGM Sportsbook in Nevada or mailed in for collection. Detailed mailing instructions are listed on the back of the ticket.
Property Reopening

The opening of Hard Rock Las Vegas is targeted for the Spring of 2027.

Hard Rock Las Vegas is expected to double the current number of jobs at The Mirage for the Las Vegas community, employing close to 7,000 Team Members.

Following the closure of The Mirage on July 17, 2024, guests will have 21 days to claim any items that may be found on property. Any unclaimed items as of August 7, 2024, may be donated or discarded. To file a new claim, please email [email protected]
