Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa Raises $12,000 for Breast Cancer Research During Pinktober® 2024
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa proudly joined Hard Rock International’s 24th annual Pinktober® campaign, dedicating the entire month of October to raising awareness and funds for breast cancer research. Through a series of vibrant activations, culinary initiatives, and community engagement, the property raised $12,000 in support of the Canadian Cancer Society.
From the Pinktober Kick-Off Event on October 1, featuring a striking centerpiece display and a celebratory video that became our highest-performing social post of the month, to property-wide décor and immersive experiences, guests and team members united for a cause that matters.
Highlights included:
- Signature Pinktober Cocktails & Desserts: $1 from every item sold donated to the campaign.
- Team Member Pop-Up Fundraiser: exclusive Rock Shop sale with 100% proceeds benefiting Pinktober.
- Guest Donations: cash and gaming ticket contributions amplified the impact
“Pinktober is more than a campaign, it’s a movement. We’re proud to stand with our community and the Canadian Cancer Society to support life-saving research and programs,” said Christine Crump, President of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa.
