We believe in developing our bench strength through a variety of programs, cross-training opportunities, and online and classroom training.  Career opportunities for Team Members with high-end guest service experience are available in the VIP Services department.  VIP Services professionals provide exceptional personalized service to Guests. These Team Members act as the Guests’ personal coordinators throughout their stay. They display great tact, diplomacy, and hospitality during all Guest interactions. The attributes we look for are:

• Ability to prioritize and make decisions at a high level and fast pace, by utilizing proper resources

We are looking for Team Members who strive to deliver great Guest Service by representing our Values, Mottos, and Mission Statement.  Two years college preferred as well as a minimum (2) two years management experience in a first-class hotel, casino, restaurant or related hospitality area. A basic understanding of food and beverage service skills including room service, wine and spirits knowledge, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
