  • How do I sign up for a Unity by Hard Rock account?

    Unity by Hard Rock is a global loyalty program where you can earn and redeem incredible rewards at participating Hard Rock Hotels, Cafes, Casinos and more. Visit Player's Club or our contactless enrollment kiosks to enroll. Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo ID to join Unity. Must be least 21 years of age or older with a valid ID to play Slots and Table Games.

  • How can I get a copy of my Win/Loss Statement?
    Guests can obtain their Win/Loss Statements by one of the following ways:
    1. Visit any Player’s Club with a valid ID.
    2. Log in to your Unity by Hard Rock account.
    3. Call Customer Care at 1-888-901-3255 and speak to an available agent.
  • How can I get a listing of taxable winnings (W2G, 1042S or 1099)?
    Guests can obtain a copy of the listing by calling Customer Care at 1-888-901-3255. A representative will be happy to assist you.
  • How do I get a line of credit?
    You may contact your Casino Host for assistance in opening up a line of credit or apply online.
  • Does the casino offer sports betting?
    Yes. Sports betting in person is now legal in Florida. Bet as you watch sports live, with LED TVs showing 360 degrees of all the games. You can bet on NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS, golf, tennis, auto racing, and more. From live betting on what will happen next to future bets on who will win it all. 
  • Do you offer craps and/or roulette?
    Yes. Seminole Gaming now showcases a full house of casino offerings including live craps and roulette.
  • How do I enter a drawing?
    Simply insert your Unity card into any slot machine to activate your entries. That means you can earn more entries just by having fun! Signing up for a Unity card is fast, easy and free. Just visit the Player's Club with valid ID or sign up online at Unity.HardRock.com. Must be 18 years of age or older to join Unity. Must be 21 years of age or older to play Slots and Table Games. 
  • What are the age restrictions at the casino?
    You must be 21 years of age or older to play Slots and Table Games. You must be 18 years of age or older to play live Poker or to receive Unity benefits. We do not allow children on the casino floor at any time.
  • What slots do you offer?

  • Do you offer live poker?
    Always smoke-free, our luxurious poker room features 46 tables of live-action Poker -- from Texas Hold'em to Omaha Hi-Lo to seven-card stud. This room also offers a snack bar, sports bar, 42 television screens and Wi-Fi throughout. We regularly feature tournaments, promotions and giveaways exclusively for our poker players. Hotel

  • What time is check-in/check-out?
    Check-in starts at 4pm EST and Check-out is at 11am EST. An additional full day rate will be charged to guests staying past the standard check-out time.
  • Can I request a certain room type?
    Requested room types may not be available during certain visits. We will do our best to try and accommodate everyone's request. Please speak to the Front Desk upon your arrival.
  • Do you offer Wi-Fi?
    Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi for all hotel guests. Our network is Seminole Guest.
  • Do you have handicap-accessible rooms?
    Yes, we have accessible rooms with the following features: hearing-impaired room and physically impaired rooms. Please request if necessary at the time of booking to ensure room is available on your arrival date.
  • Do I need to be a hotel guest to use the pools at the hotel?
    The pool deck is available to registered hotel guests. The presence of a parent or legal guardian for children under 18 years of age is required. Non-hotel guests can purchase a Pool Day Pass online or by calling (813) 627-8141.
  • Can I request early check-in?
    Any guest can request an early check in, however these requests are based on availability. If your accommodations are not ready upon arrival, our Bell Staff will be glad to hold your belongings until your hotel room becomes available. 
  • What is the room cancellation and no-show policy?
    All paid reservations are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy, unless otherwise noted and will result in forfeiture of the first night's room and tax. Complimentary reservations will be cancelled by 9:00 p.m. on the day of check-in and are subject to a $100.00 "no-show" fee.
  • What types of payments are accepted?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners and JCB. We also accept Cash, traveler's checks and Unity Points earned through your Unity by Hard Rock account.
  • Do you allow pets?

    Yes, we are a pet-friendly hotel. A non-refundable fee of $100 per stay/per pet will be assessed at the time of check-in. Dogs must be on a leash and supervised at all times while in public areas. Pets must weigh 50 pounds or less. No aggressive animals allowed.

    Guests can also participate in Hard Rock's pet-friendly program, Unleashed. Two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) to participate in the Unleashed Program which allows up to two (2) pets. Learn more about Unleashed.

  • Do you allow smoking in hotel rooms?
    Our hotel offers both smoking optional and non-smoking floors. We will always do our best to accommodate our guest's smoking preferences,. However, these requests are not guaranteed and based on availability at the time of check-in. A non-refundable $400.00 cleaning fee will be assessed to any guests smoking in non-smoking rooms.

Parking

  • Is parking free?
    Self-parking is free at Orient Road Garage, Draper Place Garage, Winner's Way Garage, Lucky Street Garage and surface parking lot for all guests.
  • What if I just want to drop someone off?
    Drop off location is at the north casino/valet entrance of the Porte-cochère off of Orient Road.
  • Do you offer valet parking?

    We do offer valet parking for a $30 fee for short term (12 hours). For long term valet parking (over 12 hours), the fee is $35 per day. And, for oversized vehicle the fee is $40. Cash/credit card only, Unity Points accepted for Icon member: 200 Unity Points = $1. Complimentary for X members. 

    Valet is located at the Porte-cochère. 

  • Where can my Uber/Lyft/taxi driver drop me off?
    Uber/Lyft/taxi drop-off and pick-up location is at the north casino/valet entrance of the Porte-cochère off of Orient Road.

Other

  • Are children allowed at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa?
    Children are able to visit our restaurants or, if they're a hotel guest, they also must be with a parent or guardian. Children may not be left unattended at any time.
  • What is your dress code?

    We require that shoes and a shirt be worn at all times. If visiting our Council Oak Steaks & Seafood restaurant, a sport jacket and fine dining attire is desired and recommended. No hoodies, masks, or articles of clothing which may include sunglasses that may conceal a person's identity. No sleeveless undershirts or T-shirts, revealing clothing or excessive showing of undergarments, or any articles of clothing or hats with derogatory or offensive slogans or photos. Footwear is mandatory. Security management reserves the right to exercise discretion and refuse entry to anyone who does not comply.

  • Do you offer wheelchairs?
    Yes. We offer complimentary wheelchairs based on availability. Stop by the hotel Front Desk or Concierge to check if a wheelchair is available.
  • I want to apply to work here! Where can I do that?
    Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is proud to have the best team of employees in the gaming industry! We are always looking to grow our family with openings in a variety of positions. Please visit GoToWorkHappy.com for more information and to apply online. If you don’t have access to a computer, feel free to stop by our Human Resources department for free access to completing your application online. It is recommended that you narrow your selection to the jobs you are really interested in rather than selecting more than one or two positions.
  • Do you offer shuttle transportation from Downtown Tampa or Tampa International Airport?
