Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa will celebrate the holiday season with special menus at five of its dining venues.

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood

On Monday, December 24 (3 p.m. to 10 p.m.) and Tuesday, December 25 (3 p.m. to 9 p.m.), Christmas holiday specials will include lamb tartare ($25), roasted apple and goat cheese salad ($13), oven roasted duck confit ($37), aged and grilled venison tenderloin ($47) and tiramisu yule log for dessert ($13).

New Year’s specials on Monday, December 31 (5 p.m. to 12 a.m.) and Tuesday, January 1 (5 p.m. to 10 p.m.), will include effervescent grapes and baby kale ($13), Council Oak dry aged prime rib ($63), king crab pappardelle ($60) and dark chocolate-croissant bread pudding for dessert ($15).

The Rez Grill

On Tuesday, December 25 the Christmas holiday special is lamp chops ($45).

On Monday, December 31 New Year’s Eve specials will include crisp island creek oysters, nye rez salad, surf & turf and chocolate budino ($85).

Fresh Harvest Buffet

Seminole Hard Rock Tampa’s elevated variety dining experience will serve a Christmas Eve buffet from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Christmas Day from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; New Year’s Eve from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on New Year’s Day from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Entrée features will include American bounty, carving station with traditional favorites; Cucina Italiana, a grill station, green grocer; sushi, noodles and Dim Sum. For dessert, there will be a “Sweets a la Mode” area complete with ice cream sundae and milkshake bar; a dazzling array of hot and cold desserts; chocolate fountain (all day); and assorted fruit toppings. Each day is $40 per person. A $5 discount will be offered to Seminole Wild Card members with valid ID. Elite and Xcard members may dine with $30 comp dollars ($60 comp dollars to bring a guest).

Hard Rock Cafe

On Monday, December 24 and Tuesday, December 25 the Christmas special is brown sugar and mustard glazed baked ham paired with cornbread stuffing, mashed potatoes, carrots and brussels sprouts ($15).

Rise Kitchen & Bakery

On Monday, December 24 and Tuesday, December 25 Christmas Specials include a Smokey butternut squash bisque as a starter, a traditional Christmas dinner entrée and white chocolate peppermint bark cheesecake for dessert ($29).

On Monday, December 31 and Tuesday, January 1 New Year’s specials include a winter greens salad as a starter, surf n’ turf entrée and chocolate almond torte for dessert ($35).
