Ring in the holidays with rockin’ Christmas and New Year’s Eve specials at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa. Holiday-themed menus will be offered on select dates at five dining outlets located within the casino.
Cipresso
From 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Christmas Day, Seminole Hard Rock Tampa’s Italian-American restaurant will feature a holiday special of Zuppa di Pesce alla Siciliana for $55 per person. This traditional seafood stew is comprised of black cod fish, tiger prawns, shrimp, calamari, mussels, tomato fish broth and crostini.
New Year’s Eve holiday specials will be served from 5 p.m. until midnight and include a surf ‘n’ turf selection for $75 with a no-bake cheesecake for $14. The surf ‘n’ turf option includes an 8-ounce tenderloin and king crab ravioli with asparagus and a Chianti demi. The no-bake cheesecake is topped with champagne macerated strawberries and champagne whipped cream with a graham cracker crust.
Council Oak Steaks & Seafood
The resort’s sophisticated, classic-American steakhouse will offer a delightful Christmas Eve special from 5 p.m. until midnight and Christmas Day menu selection from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. for $70 per person. The special consists of a braised lamb shank served with smoked gouda polenta, grilled broccolini, lamb jus and mint pesto.
The New Year’s Eve special menu offers two extravagant options from 5 p.m. until midnight, each for $125 per person. Choose from a surf & turf option of a succulent 8-ounce filet mignon accompanied by 8-ounce King crab legs; or, a juicy 10-ounce Tristan lobster tail topped with a 4-ounce King crab Oscar, asparagus and hollandaise.
In addition to the Holiday specials, Council Oak will continue to offer its signature Sunday brunch. Guests can enjoy a wide array of delicious brunch options on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for $95 per person.
Weekly brunch includes an array of delectable buffet options such as the signature Council Oak steak and eggs; French toast, breakfast skillet potatoes, made-to-order eggs or omelette and three heartwarming choices of pancake mixes (chocolate chips, pecans, blueberries).
Additionally, guests will enjoy unlimited Council Oak cocktails which include an array of sweet and savory selections (mimosas, bellinis, Bloody Marys, whispering Angel Spritzers and the Nolet’s French 75).
Hard Rock Cafe
Guests at the classic American fare restaurant with an authentic rock atmosphere can enjoy a Christmas Day holiday special from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. that includes slow-roasted prime rib served with mashed potatoes, green beans, horseradish cream and aus jus as the entrée ($40.99). For dessert, a NY Style caramel apple cheesecake ($10.99) will be offered.
Enjoy the holiday season with the “Blackberry Rocker” in collaboration with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s TeremanaTM Reposado Tequila, fresh muddled blackberries, rosemary-infused simple syrup, cranberry juice, fresh lime and dashes of bitters. Garnished with torched rosemary sprig and fresh blackberries ($17.00).
Rise Kitchen & Bakery
The casual and charming eatery will offer a Christmas Day holiday special available from noon to 8 p.m. for $39 per person. A pear and gorgonzola salad will be offered alongside entrée of cherry barbeque brisket and black forest cake for dessert.
Guests can still take home an apple, cherry, pecan, or pumpkin pie for $20 per pie now through December 25.
New Year’s Eve special will be available from 4 p.m. until midnight for $42 per person. The menu special will be pepper-crusted prime rib with red wine jus, garlic broccolini, baked sweet potato with cinnamon sugar and butter. For dessert, chocolate marble cheesecake.
The Rez Grill
This American grill with Southern soul will offer a Christmas Day holiday special from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. featuring prime rib with grilled asparagus, fingerling potatoes and horseradish cream for $75 per person.
From 5 p.m. until midnight, the New Year’s Eve offering will be a surf ‘n’ turf special consisting of a 16-ounce bone-in filet and lobster thermidor, accompanied by grilled broccolini, whipped potatoes, sherry wine and lemon butter for $135 per person.
Additionally, to these holiday specials guests can continue to enjoy Sunday brunch for $55 per person at The Rez Grill from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Rez Grill brunch menu special will include Rez shrimp, Heirloom tomato salad, oysters, or wild mushroom soup for starters. Entrée options include steak and eggs, Rez omelette, shrimp and grits, or chef’s choice French toast. To sweeten the detail, guests can look forward to savory dessert options such as Guinness chocolate cake, chef’s choice parfait or warm chocolate walnut brownie. Even more, brunch includes unlimited mimosas and bellinis.
