From lobster tails to late night bites, Seminole Hard Rock Tampa is serving up fresh menus, new hours, and more variety at Fresh Harvest Buffet, The Rez Grill, and Pool Bar & Grill.

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is enhancing its culinary lineup with new menus, extended hours and expanded offerings across Fresh Harvest Buffet, The Rez Grill, and Pool Bar & Grill.

Fresh Harvest Buffet

Guests can indulge in a culinary journey through seven live-action kitchens, offering themed stations such as American Bounty, Cucina Italiana, Raw Bar and Salad Bar.

Lobster Wednesdays and Thursdays
Guests will now be able to enjoy lobster buffet specials twice a week, beginning Thursday, Sept. 11. On Wednesdays and now Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., guests can add three 5-6 ounce steamed lobster tails for $20.

Asian Station Addition
Fresh Harvest Buffet now features seven kitchens, including a newly opened Asian station offering sushi, dim sum, fried rice, stir-fry noodles and wok-fried entrées.

50% Off Fresh Harvest Buffet for New Unity Members
Now, when guests join Unity by Hard Rock, they will receive 50% off a meal at Fresh Harvest Buffet for up to two people. The offer is valid for new members only and excludes the lobster add-on, holidays and specialty pricing. Guests can join Unity by Hard Rock and receive their offer by visiting Player’s Club at Seminole Hard Rock Tampa.

The Rez Grill

This American grill with a southern soul is located on the smoke-free mezzanine level of the casino, accessible from Orient Road Garage. The Rez Grill menu features a wide variety of elevated classic and comfort food favorites including prime steaks, fresh seafood and the famous Rez Fried Chicken & Waffles.

The Rez Grill Bar
The Rez Grill Bar is now open daily from 11 a.m. to 4 a.m. Guests can enjoy expertly curated cocktails, live sports, premium wine and coffees all in a refreshing smoke-free atmosphere.

Bar Bites Menu
The Rez Grill Bar now offers a new bar bites menu which includes The Rez Cuban Sandwich ($12), Chicken Salad Croissant ($10), Turkey & Ham Club ($12), Chicken Caesar Wrap ($10), and Chips and Dip ($8). The bar bites menu is available Monday through Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Thursday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Pool Bar & Grill

An upbeat and casual hot spot, the Pool Bar & Grill offers stellar views from the heart of the hotel’s three pools. Service includes a casual, yet refined, lunch and dinner seven days a week with a variety of specialty and frozen cocktails to enjoy.

Late Night Menu
Starting Saturday, August 23, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., guests can enjoy late night favorites including combo options such as The Fumblerooski ($40 – 15 crispy chicken wings, 10 boneless chicken wings, seasoned waffle fries, celery choice of dipping sauces: BBQ, buffalo, ranch, mango habanero, blue cheese One 48 oz. pitcher of beer: choice of Miller Lite, Coors Light or Yuengling); The Hook & Ladder ($50 – 15 crispy chicken wings, six buffalo chicken empanadas, 10 corn dog nuggets, seasoned waffle fries, celery choice of dipping sauces: BBQ, buffalo, ranch, mango habanero, blue cheese, One 48-ounce pitcher of beer: choice of Miller Lite, Coors Light or Yuengling); and The Hail Mary ($75 – 10 crispy chicken wings, 10 boneless chicken wings, eight buffalo chicken empanadas, 20 corn dog nuggets, 12 hand-breaded crispy coconut shrimp, cajun potato chips, seasoned waffle fries, celery choice of dipping sauces: BBQ, buffalo, ranch, mango habanero, blue cheese, two 48-ounce pitchers of beer: choice of Miller Lite, Coors Light or Yuengling).

For starters, Chips and salsa ($10), Chips and Guacamole ($12), Shrimp Cocktail ($16), and Crispy Chicken Wings ($15).

Sandwich options include Crispy Chicken Sandwich ($15), Smash Burger ($17), and Pretzel Dog ($12).

Guests can also enjoy a variety of drink options. Frozen cocktails are $13 each, with flavors including Frozen Blueberry Lemonade, Henny-Colada and Frozen Fruit Daiquiris. Poolside Vibes cocktails are also $13 each and include Tropical Mermaid (RumHaven coconut rum, banana rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice); Poolside Cowboy (Jameson Irish whiskey, fever-tree ginger beer, lemonade, honey); Tropical Thunder (Captain Morgan sweet chili lime rum, Don Q coconut rum, amaretto, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, orange juice); Pirate Sunset (Don Q rum, Ron Zacapa 23 Yr rum, Triple Sec, lime juice, pineapple juice, grenadine); and Painkiller (Don Q rum, cream of coconut pineapple juice, orange juice, nutmeg) for $13 each.

Additional beverage options include High Noon Sun Cruiser hard seltzer ($9), Lychee A Tiki non-alcoholic beverage ($9), Wines ($7), and Miller Lite, Coors Light, or Yuengling pitchers ($15).

Bar hours remain the same. Grill hours are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., late night menu hours are 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., and bar hours are 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
