World-renowned celebrity Chef Jack Lee will host Saigon Night - The Winning Bite: A Live Cooking Experience & Dinner in Hard Rock Event Center at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa on Wednesday, August 27 at 7:30 p.m.

Chef Lee will host an Asian-inspired four-course dinner showcasing bold flavors, refined technique and artistic presentation of Chilean Sea Bass and Chef Lee’s famous $100 Egg Roll. The egg roll is his luxurious take on a Vietnamese staple that includes lobster tail and king crab.

Guests can check in and pick up seating tickets starting at 5:30 p.m. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. prior to the dinner starting at 8 p.m.

Chef Lee has spent over 30 years between the U.S. and Vietnam creating connection and community through food. He has appeared as a host, judge, and guest chef on over a dozen shows, including Rachael vs. Guy: Kids Cook-Off, Cutthroat Kitchen, Vietnam’s Top Chef, MasterChef, and My Mom Cooks Better Than Yours.

He has been a presenter on stage at TEDx, Foxwoods Casino, Thunder Valley Casino, and the International Wisconsin Ginseng Festival. In addition to cooking for the Grammys®, Oprah Winfrey, Clint Eastwood, and David Foster, he has consulted on a variety of restaurants, including the Emerald Bay Food Hall at Bally's Twin River Lincoln Casino Resort.

Chef Lee supports a variety of charities, including the March of Dimes and Netspace Culinary Academy with Anna Olson, as well as serving as a goodwill ambassador for K.O.T.O., teaching employable food industry skills to underserved Vietnamese children.
