Cipresso

From 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursday, December 25, Seminole Hard Rock Tampa’s Italian-American restaurant will offer Christmas Day specials including Double Ravioli with braised Wagyu beef, truffle and mushroom duxelles, foie gras, and celery root purée, with Barolo demi ($59) and Grilled Whole Branzino with roasted vegetables and Namban sauce ($50).

New Year’s Eve holiday special includes Surf & Turf with grilled American Wagyu filet, butter poached Tristan lobster, pancetta au gratin potato, and heirloom tri-color carrots ($150).

Constant Grind

This casual sit down or grab and go venue Christmas Day offerings will include peppermint cheesecake ($7), coquito gâteau ($7), Bailey’s truffle ($3), peppermint truffle ($3), and chocolate advent calendars (while supplies last).

Additionally, guests can enjoy holiday drink specials in December, including Run, Run Gingerbread ($8 – hot chocolate with house-made gingerbread syrup), Mele Kalikimaka ($9 – hot latte with cinnamon, coconut, mocha and hazelnut syrup), Dash through the Snow ($13 - hot chai latte with white chocolate sauce and salted caramel syrup with Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire Whiskey), and Peppermint Winter ($13 – hot peppermint mocha with Rumple Minze peppermint liqueur).

New year, new options! Guests can enjoy additional breakfast options on New Year’s Day including sausage, egg & cheese English muffin, eggs & cheese bagel, and bacon egg & cheese croissant.

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood

The resort’s sophisticated, classic-American steakhouse will offer Christmas Day specials including Pistachio Crusted Branzino with crab risotto and pistou ($70), and a 20-ounce Dry Aged Prime Rib with garlic mashed potatoes, and cranberry bordelaise ($100).

On New Year’s Eve guests can enjoy specials such as Dover Sole with a side of lobster cake, broccolini and champagne beurre blanc ($100) and 16-ounce Beef Wellington with a side of mushroom duxelles prosciutto, and red wine demi ($140).

The Rez Grill

This American grill with a southern soul will offer a Christmas entrée featuring Roasted Heritage Porchetta comprised of collard greens, smoked ham hock, sweet potato puree, and pomegranate-bourbon glaze ($45). Additionally, guests can enjoy a festive dessert of peppermint cheesecake with chocolate sauce ($14).

Enjoy ringing in the New Year with a Surf & Turf menu special consisting of a 12-ounce fillet, lobster thermidor, roasted garlic potatoes with cipollini onions, red wine demi, and garlic butter ($135). For dessert, enjoy champagne ice cream topped with caviar, gold leaf, and olive oil ($16).

Rise Kitchen & Deli

The casual and charming eatery will offer a Christmas Day three-course menu special from noon to 8 p.m. for $45 per person. For the appetizer, dig into a Carpaccio di Manzo with beef tenderloin thinly sliced with a light salad of shaved fennel, arugula and sun-dried tomatoes, finished with herb-infused olive oil. The entrée features Beef Wellington paired with roasted tri-color potatoes, sautéed broccolini with heirloom tomatoes, and red wine demi. For dessert, savor a gingerbread cheesecake topped with whipped cream. Drink specials will include Mint Oreo Latte ($8 for 12-ounce and $9 for 16-ounce), and Iced Grinch Matcha Latte ($10).

From 4 p.m. to midnight, guests can enjoy a New Year's Eve three-course menu special for $45 per person. The course begins with a Mini Charcuterie Board, then a Prime Rib entrée served with steak fries tossed in truffle oil and sprinkled with parmesan cheese and sauteed asparagus. For dessert, indulge your sweet tooth with a tiramisu cake.

Holiday Pies
Guests can take home an apple, cherry, pecan, or pumpkin pie for $20 per pie now through December 25.

Jubao Palace Noodle Bar

The quick service, authentic Asian cuisine restaurant will celebrate the Christmas holiday with a menu special of Tri-color Pepper Steak comprised of beef tenderloin, sautéed with tri-color bell peppers, onions, with spicy savory brown sauce, served with jasmine rice for $23 per person. The menu special will be available December 24 -26.

Celebrate the New Year with a Seafood Delight special that includes shrimp, scallop with vegetables in white silk egg sauce served with jasmine rice for $23 per person. The menu special will be available on December 31, 2025, and January 1, 2026.

Rock ‘N Raw

December 18 through January 4, guests will be able to enjoy the holiday special of Kansas City Steak, a 14-ounce bone-in prime strip, rainbow carrots, asparagus, and lemon compound butter ($49).

Pool Bar & Grill

Feast like Santa Claus on Christmas Day at the Pool Bar & Grill with the ‘Ole St. Nick’s Supper’ menu special comprised of crispy Cornish hen, served with collard greens, cornbread, honey butter, and macaroni & cheese ($20).

Ring in the New Year with the Slammin’ Salmon Bao Bun menu special comprised of three steamed bao buns, crispy salmon, cucumber, Fresno chili, ponzu, yum-yum sauce, and tobiko ($18).

Fresh Harvest Buffet

On Thursday, December 25, Christmas Day specials will be served all day. For $79.95 per person, Guests can enjoy features such as pan seared snapper with beurre blanc sauce, roasted truffle potatoes, herb crusted lamb chops, green bean casserole and grilled airline chicken with red wine reduction at the American Bounty station. Guests will find Arroz con gandules, lechon asado, grilled skirt steak, roasted carrots with maple glaze, and grilled chicken at the International station. As for the Cucina Italiana station, guests will find braised short rib risotto, seared scallops with butternut squash puree, three cheese ravioli with sage butter sauce, and Italian quattro meat pizza. At the salad and raw bars find an assortment of ceviche, seafood salad, shrimp, mussels, crawfish, and crab claws. Additionally, enjoy delicious treats such as sticky toffee pudding, chocolate peppermint cheesecake, and Christmas cookies.

Guests can enjoy a New Year's Day brunch from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. featuring smoked salmon egg benedict, shrimp & grits, French toast with apple cinnamon glaze, peach pancakes, and chicken & waffles at the American Bounty station. At the carving station, find prime rib & beef wellington. At the International station guests can find grilled skirt steak with mint chimichurri, and breakfast tostada. Head over to the Cucina Italiana for seafood risotto, veal marsala, fig and prosciutto pizza, and lobster pizza with white sauce. Find traditional deviled eggs at the salad bar.

New Year’s Day dinner options will be available from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and will include pan seared Bronzino with lemon caper sauce, candy yams, grilled lamb chops, roasted root vegetables, grilled pork chops with cherry glaze, and grilled tenderloin medallions with peppercorn sauce at the American Bounty Station. For International station options, guests will find Spanish paella, grilled grouper with champagne saffron cream, and duck confit tacos. At the Cucina Italiana station, find linguine pasta with butter sauce among other options ($79.95).

The classy and vibrant venue will offer a festive holiday Santa Express cocktail special for $13 while guests enjoy live music.
