On Tuesday, February 17 Lunar New Year offerings will be served all day at the Asian Station in addition to the traditional menu with no price change. Guests can enjoy special features such as Thit Kho Truing with pork belly braised in coconut water and Vietnamese chili; Xiang Su Ya crispy duck leg marinated, air-dried and fried; Japchae stir-fried glass noodles with seafood and vegetables; Cong Jiang Chao Longxia ginger scallion lobster claws; and Goi Cuon fresh spring roll filled with pork and fresh herbs.
