Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa will offer special menus at five of its award-winning restaurants to celebrate the Easter holiday on Sunday, April 5.

Cipresso

The Italian-American restaurant will feature an Easter Sunday menu special of Braised Lamb Shank  with Porcini-Campanelle, local mushrooms, mint salsa verde for $50 per person.

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood

The sophisticated American steakhouse will offer Easter Sunday specials including Braised Lamb Shank with white cheddar polenta and savory mushroom gravy ($60), and Pan-Seared Redfish with carrot ginger purée and broccoli rabe topped with Shabazi sauce ($50).

The Rez Grill

This American grill with a southern soul will offer Easter Sunday specials including Herb-Crusted Lamb Chops with charred caulilini, parsnip purée, celery root-green apple slaw and minted black garlic jus ($70). For dessert, guests can enjoy carrot cake with mascarpone mousse, pecan crumble and anglaise sauce ($14).

Fresh Harvest Buffet

The fan-favorite buffet will offer an Easter Sunday specials. Brunch will be available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and dinner from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. For $79.95 per person, guests can enjoy holiday features including smoked salmon egg benedict, braised rabbit with Spanish yellow rice, traditional deviled eggs, pan-seared duck breast with cherry reduction, grilled lamb lollipops with red wine demi-glace, and crab claws. Specialty pricing is available for X and Icon members.

Rise Kitchen & Deli

The casual and charming eatery will offer a three-course Easter Sunday special for $45 per person, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. To start, guests can enjoy an Italian salad comprised of romaine lettuce with heirloom tomatoes, red onions, olives, pepperoncini, and croutons served with Italian dressing. The entrée, Creamy Chicken Pesto Pasta features pappardelle pasta tossed in a pesto cream sauce topped with grated parmesan. For dessert, guests can enjoy lemon cheesecake topped with whipped cream and blueberries.
