The property’s fine dining steakhouse will present an Easter brunch special for $85 per person on Sunday, April 17 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

For starters, there will be a raw bar and salad section with fresh options such as shrimp cocktails, NYY chopped salad and classic lobster bisque.

Featured brunch classics will include steak and eggs, prime rib, lamb chops, miso glazed Chilean seabass, southwest eggs benedict with sides butter poached heirloom carrots and grilled asparagus.

Even more, guests can build their own omelet from the griddle with other freshly made options such buttermilk pancakes, strawberries and cream French toast, Nueske’s bacon and NYY sausage patties.

A variety of brunch cocktail selections will be available, such as mimosa, bloody Mary, Aperol spritz, red and white sangria.

Add on brunch specials will also be available including jumbo lump crab cake ($25), 16-ounce dry aged Delmonico ($59), 12-ounce dry aged New York strip ($55), 8-ounce Coldwater African lobster tail ($65), and colossal stone crab claw ($9 per ounce).
