The property’s fine dining restaurant will offer a signature brunch with live entertainment from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $85 per person. Treat mom to a nearly endless array of dining options including bottomless signature cocktails and all-you-can-eat small plates. Mother’s Day specials will be available from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for $38 per person. Guests will enjoy a three-course elevated menu featuring a choice of spring vegetable soup or strawberry-spinach salad (first course); airline “brick” chicken with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus, or pecan-crusted snapper with mashed sweet potatoes and bourbon bur blanc (main course); and a rich and decadent red velvet cake for dessert.
