Celebrate the Easter holiday with three dining options offering festive menu specials at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek on Sunday, April 9.
The property’s fine dining steakhouse will offer a succulent Easter brunch for $90 per person from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Menu specials include delicious options such as shrimp cocktail, blue crab cocktail, half shell oysters as appetizers; steak and eggs, bananas foster French toast, avocado toast eggs benedict, crab cake sandwich, honey Dijon salmon, brunch burger and filet mignon as entrée options with a side of grilled asparagus, creamed corn, buttermilk biscuit with gravy and bacon rasher.
Additionally, guests can enjoy sipping on bottomless cocktails, including an array of sweet and savory selections (Aperol spritz, mimosa and bloody Mary).

Delectable menu specials include items such as heartwarming split pea & ham soup (cup $6, bowl $8) or chickpea salad ($13) for starters; carved ham in sweet cider brown sugar glaze with a side of scalloped potatoes and roasted heirloom carrots ($19), roasted Cornish game hen served with rosemary potatoes and heirloom carrots ($19) or salmon cakes with dill crème served with steamed rice and heirloom carrots ($21) as main course options; and for dessert, “Hummingbird”, house made spice cake with bananas and pineapple topped with whipped cream ($9).
Coco’s reimagined Italian bistro and bar will have Easter Sunday menu special available from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Appealing menu specials include Tuscan vegetable soup with gnocchi ($12) or crispy fried artichokes ($16) for starters; lasagna bolognaise ($24), bone-in veal chip ($38) or chicken scarpariello ($30) as main course options; and for dessert, white chocolate panna cotta with lemon curd ($9).
