Big Wreck

Formed in 1992 in Boston, Massachusetts, Big Wreck is a Canadian-American alternative rock band founded by students of Berklee College of Music and led by Toronto-born singer, songwriter, and guitarist Ian Thornley. Renowned for their electrifying live performances and exceptional musicianship, the band has built a loyal following with a sound that blends hard rock, grunge, and progressive blues influences.

Big Wreck achieved mainstream success with their 1997 debut album, In Loving Memory Of..., which earned double-platinum certification in Canada. Following their reunion, the band's 2012 single Albatross became a landmark hit, holding the number one spot on the Canadian rock charts for six consecutive weeks and solidifying their status as one of Canada's most enduring rock acts.
