L Bar Music and Cocktail Lounge Announces May Lineup
Eclectic Music Schedule Brings Hours of Fresh Sounds Starting at 8 p.m.
Hollywood, FL (April 28, 2017) – L Bar, music and cocktail lounge, housed in the lobby of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, announces its eclectic music programming for May 2017. Whether revelers are gathering at the hotel’s architectural centerpiece to start their night with a handcrafted cocktail, or winding down with a signature nightcap, L Bar’s May line up is the perfect backdrop to mix, mingle and be entertained each Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. Last month, L Bar added a second set of live music and DJ performances to its Friday and Saturday night lineups, now bringing hours of fresh sounds all night long starting at 8 p.m.
Part of the weekly music programming are Thursday Latin Night, featuring live performances of diverse sounds and rhythms embracing South Florida’s rich Latin influence, and Friday Emerging Artist Series, highlighting local talent performing original music and covers in a variety of genres. DJ performances take place on the same night. On Saturdays, guests can continue to find resident DJ Hen Siso, spinning a wide range of sounds.

The property also hosts Hard Rock Sessions, a series of unannounced, surprise, intimate live musical performances by both well-known and rising alternative rock acts. Part of a collaboration with The Shark 104.3 FM radio, Hard Rock Sessions is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for music lovers to get up close and personal with some of today’s hottest acts, while enjoying some of the best pours in town at L Bar. Recent performers have included Fitz and the Tantrums; Silversun Pickups; Vance Joy, 1975 and more. More than just a hub for live music, L Bar is also home to a fully stocked bar and a vast selection of creative cocktails, ranging from a remix of the classics to original creations. Signature selections include Passion Flower – passion fruit, lemon juice and Ketel One; Rosemary Dirty Martini – the original reimagined with vodka or gin, rosemary, a garlic-infused olive brine and vermouth; Queens Park Swizzle – Ron Zacapa rum, mint, bitters and lime; and the Dos – Kah Reposado Tequila, Tabasco, cilantro, agave and lemon.
