Council Oak Steaks & Seafood at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino To Host Cakebread Cellars Wine Pairing Dinner

The award-winning Council Oak Steaks & Seafood, located inside the AAA Four Diamond Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla., will host an exclusive Cakebread Cellars Pairing Dinner on Thursday, Sept. 21, 2017. Guests will enjoy a four-course dinner prepared by Council Oak’s culinary team, led by Executive Chef Brian Doyle with each course paired with wines from renowned Napa Valley winery, Cakebread Cellars. Hosted by Chuck Richards, South Florida Ambassador of Cakebread Wines, the night will begin with a welcome reception at 6:30 p.m. with passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by dinner at 7 p.m. The event is priced at $175 per person (excluding tax and gratuity).
