Raulin Rodriguez “El Cacique” is today one of the dominican world’s greatest artists in bachata music, with a long history of success and Billboards sales chart appearances He was among the few artists included in the Romeo Santos multi platinum album “La Formula”. He recorded his first album in the Dominican Republic in 1993. Then he signed with Platano Records, with who he recorded 8 albums reaching a wide success with the songs: “Una Mujer Como Tú”, “Regresa Amor”, “Medicina De Amor”, “El Amor De Mi Vida”, “Me La Pusieron Difícil”, “Soledad”, “Corazón, Corazón” and “Sin Fortuna”. Raulin is the composer and the arranger of the majority of his songs, among them “Nereyda”, “Una Mujer Como Tú” and “Medicina De Amor”, which reached the top of the music charts in Mexico, U.S.A. East Coast and his homeland.
Frank Reyes is one of the most famous bachata artists in Latin America. His first album “Tú Serás Mi Reina” was released in 1990, and with it, Reyes named himself “The Prince of Bachata.” More than 25 years later, he continues to enjoy great success in the Bachata world. In 2018 he won at the Soberano Awards “Bachatero of the Year”. In this same year with the single “Veneno” he reached the top of the billboard charts. His discography includes more than 25 albums to date.
Dominican singer El Chaval de la Bachata was an active recording artist for over a decade before breaking into the Latin music mainstream in 2007. He began his singing career as a teenager in 1993 with the album “Si Te Vas”. Ya Me Cansé (2007) like many of his albums, released by Mas Music — was his breakthrough, featuring the popular song “Dónde Están Mis Amigos.” A greatest-hits collection “Su Mejores Exitos” was compiled and released by Mas Music not long thereafter.
Héctor Acosta “El Torito” is a renowned Dominican artist who has managed to stand out nationally and internationally thanks to fan support since before becoming a soloist in 2005. Throughout his musical career, Héctor Acosta has collaborated with international artists such as Don Omar, Alejandro Fernández, Pepe Aguilar, Romeo Santos, Jorge Caledón, RKM & Ken-Y, among others. The interpreter of “A Pasito Lento”, “ Como Me Curo”, “Me Voy”, “Me Duele La Cabeza”, “Primavera Azul”, “No Soy Un Hombre Malo”, “Tu Veneno”, “Amorcito Enfermito”; among others, is considered one of the most complete artists in the genre, he can perform merengue, bachata, bolero, salsa and even a reggaeton. Héctor Acosta has been one of the most awarded merengue singers in his career.
