The Broadway Musical Production will have four shows throughout the weekend, with opening night on Thursday, April 11 at 8 p.m.

“On Your Feet! The Story of Emilio & Gloria Estefan” has announced the cast for productions in South Florida. The Broadway musical is heading to Hard Rock Live at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla. on Thursday, April 11 at 8 p.m., Friday, April 12 at 8 p.m., and Saturday, April 13 at 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. This will mark the first theatrical performance at Hard Rock Live.

Gaby Albo as Gloria Estefan

Albo, a proud Mexican, has won a Helen Hayes Award for this role. She is a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy and has participated in iconic shows like “A Chorus Line,” “West Side Story,” “Cats,” “Mentiras,” “Aladdin,” “Broadway Rising Stars” and the world premiere of “On Your Feet! En Espanol.” Albo was also a semifinalist in the television competition, “La Voz,” and has sung around the world on Norwegian and Regent Cruise Lines.

Samuel Garnica as Emilio Estefan

Garnica is a Venezuelan actor, singer and voiceover artist. He holds a degree in social communication with a specialization in audiovisual arts from the prestigious Andrés Bello Catholic University (UCAB). As a voiceover artist, Garnica has lent his voice for renowned brands such as Pepsi, Blackberry, Wendy’s, Polar, Maltin, Cines Unidos and more. He has been credited in the world premiere of “On Your Feet! En Espanol.” Other credits include “Así Que Pasen 5 Años,” for which he won the ATI Award for Best Supporting Actor.

The ensemble cast includes Kristen Tarragó, Max Cervantes, Adela Romero, Emma Heistand, Sophia Yacap, Javier Iván, Jake Dylan, Camila Aldet, Berny Balbuena, Miguel Flores, Madelin Marchant, Sara McGuire, María Moreras, Luis Obed, Ralphie Rivera de Jesús, Khi’Shawn Robinson, Angelliz M. Rosado Ramos, Glendaliris Torres-Greau, and Zaiedd Vélez. The swings include Brian Márquez and Kate McCollum. The band includes Daniel Gutierrez, Will Richards, Pedro Carrero, Jaime Ibacache, Danny Santiago, Colin Taylor, and Roger Torres. The stage management team consists of Jasmin Holton and Mario Roberts Jr.

The director for this production, Luis Salgado, is an international director, choreographer and educator from Puerto Rico. Salgado recently directed the world premiere of “On Your Feet! En Español,” in 2022. Other credits include “On Your Feet! (Holland)” and the U.S. premiere of “In the Heights” in Spanish, which won a Helen Hayes Award for Best Musical. Salgado is also the founder of R.Evolución Latina, a Latin non-profit organization dedicated to the arts.
