The Mirage to Begin Transformation into Hard Rock Las Vegas

Hard Rock International will cease operations of The Mirage as of July 17, 2024. The last day of hotel occupancy will be July 14, 2024.

The property will be closed for construction and the transformation will begin into the highly anticipated Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and Guitar Hotel Las Vegas. The property will be reimagined and developed into a new integrated resort featuring a nearly 700 ft. guitar-shaped hotel prominently in the center of the famous Las Vegas Strip.

All reservations will be canceled beyond July 14, 2024. Please contact our Guest Service department at 800-374-9000 or the third-party vendor your reservation was booked through for more information.

Once your reservation has been canceled, you can expect to see your deposit returned in the next 7-10 days for reservations booked directly with The Mirage. If a reservation was made through a third-party travel site, refunds will be made in accordance with their independent policies.

All slot vouchers can be redeemed at The Mirage by July 17, 2024. After July 17, 2024, slot vouchers can be redeemed by the expiration date printed on the slot voucher via mail to 3400 S Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89109. If tickets were purchased through The Mirage Box Office or official ticketing partner Ticketmaster, your tickets will be canceled automatically and refunded in the form of the original payment. If tickets were purchased through a third-party ticketing site, refunds will be made in accordance with their independent policies.

All existing reservations scheduled after July 14, 2024 will be canceled automatically. Any pre-paid deposit (if applicable) will be refunded 7-10 days after your reservation is canceled. If a representative from your convention group made a reservation on your behalf, please contact that representative directly for any questions regarding your reservation or alternative locations.

Reservations booked after July 16, 2024 will be canceled automatically. Deposits received will be refunded back to the original payment.

Yes all reservations made after July 14, 2024 will be canceled; there will be no further action required.
