Cipresso

A contemporary twist on Italian-American fare, with a menu of time-honored classics based on old-world traditions. The approachable menu features creative, unique interpretations of handmade pasta, sauces, bread, pizza and composed specialty dishes.

Located centrally in The Guitar Hotel, Cipresso offers a variety of seating options, from comfortable family-style dining to a 19-seat bar top directly adjacent to the resort’s Oculus, bringing in the vibrant energy of the resort. Cipresso highlights an extensive wine list with a focus on Italian varietals and other old-world offerings, as well as a creative cocktail menu with the best Negroni in town.

Cipresso is closing Saturday, July 18th. Stay tuned for a new, exciting concept to be announced at a later date.
