As part of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood’s celebration launch of Craps, Roulette and Sports Betting, Major Food Group's CARBONE will take residency at the resort’s Italian-American restaurant Cipresso from Thursday, Dec. 7 through Sunday, Dec. 10.

The multi-course prix-fixe dinner will feature classic items from CARBONE's iconic menu. Guests will start with CARBONE’s acclaimed bread service highlighting garlic bread with parmesan, in addition to salami and cauliflower giardiniera, followed by Caesar alla ZZ, accompanied by Mario's Meatballs. Main course will include Spicy Rigatoni Vodka and Veal Parmesan, served with broccoli rabe. The final touch will be Lemon Cheesecake.

Ringing in a new era of Seminole Gaming, the week’s festivities also includes a private, invite-only pool party on Thursday, Dec. 7 at the iconic Guitar Hotel with Diplo and Cedric Gervais where partygoers will also enjoy passed canapes from CARBONE.
