The following are not allowed in the facility:

• Weapons (firearm, pocket knives, toy weapons, pepper spray, fireworks)
• Drugs or drug paraphernalia, illegal substance or E-Cigs
• Backpacks, camelbacks, bota bags, large purses/bags (anything over 10"x10"), stuffed animals or dolls (including plush backpacks)
• Massagers, laser pointers, LED gloves, LED microlights, glow sticks, pacifiers
• Masks, large chains or spiked jewelry
• Glass, cans, cups, coolers or flasks
• Pets
• Stickers or fliers
• Balloons, balls, inflatable balls or frisbees
• Tents, large umbrellas, chairs, blankets
• Professional recording equipment (photo, video or audio)
• Video cameras, gopros or selfie sticks
• Drones
• Open packs of cigarettes, unsealed tampons, eye drops, open lip gloss or chapsticks, candy bracelets
• Please refrain from taunting, booing, heckling and the use of profanity in any manner.
  
  Note: Grills and/or fireworks may NOT be brought into the parking lots.
  
  For the safety of all guests, concert-goers may be subject to search.

• Sealed/wrapped tampons
• Earplugs
• Sealed chapstick and lip gloss
• Sunglasses

Smoking Policy

• Smoking is NOT permitted in the Hard Rock Event Center. A designated smoking area is provided outside the venue.

Box Office Hours

• Open on Show Days 3Hours & 30 Minutes before doors open.
• Buy tickets to upcoming shows at the Hard Rock Event Center.
• ADA Seating Reservations available, limited availability.
• Payment Options: Only accepts Credit Card Payments.

Rock Shop

Did you know the Rock Shop sells tickets to upcoming shows at the Hard Rock Event Center? Excluding Tempo Daylife Tampa Bay Pool Parties, the Rock Shop can assist with purchasing ticket to upcoming shows at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa. 

• Open Daily, 11AM - 11PM, subject to change.
• Payment Options: Accepts Unity Points, Cash & Credit Card Payments.

• Event Day Hours: 3:30PM through 1/2 Hour after event start time.
  
  Note: Customers must have actual credit card, Ticketmaster account number, and a matching photo ID to the name on their order in order to pick up tickets at Will Call. Box Office information is subject to change.
