New Year’s Day

The Rez Grill Bar now offers a new bar bites menu which includes The Rez Cuban Sandwich ($12), Chicken Salad Croissant ($10), Turkey & Ham Club ($12), Chicken Caesar Wrap ($10), and Chips and Dip ($8). The bar bites menu is available Monday through Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Thursday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Christmas Day
Guests can enjoy a Christmas Day three-course menu special from noon to 8 p.m. for $45 per person. For the appetizer, dig into a Carpaccio di Manzo with beef tenderloin thinly sliced with a light salad of shaved fennel, arugula and sun-dried tomatoes, finished with herb-infused olive oil. The entrée features Beef Wellington paired with roasted tri-color potatoes, sauteed broccolini with heirloom tomatoes, and red wine demi. For dessert, savor a gingerbread cheesecake topped with whipped cream. Drink specials will include Mint Oreo Latte ($8 for 12-ounce and $9 for 16-ounce), and Iced Grinch Matcha Latte ($10).

New Year’s Eve
From 4 p.m. to midnight, guests can enjoy a New Year's Eve three-course menu special for $45 per person. The course begins with a Mini Charcuterie Board, then a Prime Rib entrée served with steak fries tossed in truffle oil and sprinkled with parmesan cheese and sauteed asparagus. For dessert, indulge your sweet tooth with a tiramisu cake.

Holiday Pies
Guests can take home an apple, cherry, pecan, or pumpkin pie for $20 per pie now through December 25.

Jubao Palace Noodle Bar

Christmas Special
The quick service, authentic Asian cuisine restaurant will celebrate the Christmas holiday with a menu special of Tricolor Pepper Steak comprised of beef tenderloin, sautéed with tri color bell peppers, onions, with spicy savory brown sauce, served with jasmine rice for $23 per person. The menu special will be available December 24 -26.

New Year’s Eve/Day Special
Celebrate the New Year with a Seafood Delight special that includes shrimp, scallop with vegetables in white silk egg sauce served with jasmine rice for $23 per person. The menu special will be available on December 31, 2025, and January 1, 2026.

Christmas Day
On Thursday, December 25, Christmas Day specials will be served all day. Guests can enjoy features such as pan seared snapper with beurre blanc sauce, roasted truffle potatoes, herb crusted lamb chops, green bean casserole and grilled airline chicken with red wine reduction at the American Bounty station. Guests will find Arroz con gandules, lechon asado, grilled skirt steak, roasted carrots with maple glaze, and grilled chicken at the International station. As for the Cucina Italiana station, guests will find braised short rib risotto, seared scallops with butternut squash puree, three cheese ravioli with sage butter sauce, and Italian quattro meat pizza. At the salad and raw bars find an assortment of ceviche, seafood salad, shrimp, mussels, crawfish, and crab claws.  Additionally, enjoy delicious treats such as sticky toffee pudding, chocolate peppermint cheesecake, and Christmas cookies ($79.95).

New Year’s Day
Guests can enjoy a New Year's Day brunch from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. featuring smoked salmon egg benedict, shrimp & grits, French toast with apple cinnamon glaze, peach pancakes, and chicken & waffles at the American Bounty station. At the carving station, find prime rib & beef wellington. At the International station guests can find grilled skirt steak with mint chimichurri, and breakfast tostada. Head over to the Cucina Italiana for seafood risotto, veal marsala, fig and prosciutto pizza, and lobster pizza with white sauce. Find traditional deviled eggs at the salad bar.

New Year’s Day dinner options will include pan seared Bronzino with lemon caper sauce, candy yams, grilled lamb chops, roasted root vegetables, grilled pork chops with cherry glaze, and grilled tenderloin medallions with peppercorn sauce at the American Bounty Station. Lobster Wednesdays and Thursdays
Guests are now able to enjoy lobster buffet specials twice a week. On Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., guests can add one 5-6 ounce steamed lobster tail for $10, two 5-6 ounce steamed lobster tails for $18 or three 5-6 ounce steamed lobster tails for $25.
