The Rock Spa® & Salon Membership Program offers two tiers, each carefully designed to provide members with exclusive benefits and unparalleled relaxation. Gold Membership begins with a $500 initiation fee, which includes three Day Passes for friends and family, a $100 Skin Care Gift Bag, and a 30-minute consultation. Members can enjoy access to the Spa Lounge and thermal experiences once a week, one 50-minute massage or facial per month, a 10% discount on additional services and products on treatment day, and a resort pool day pass for a monthly fee of $370.

Gold Membership includes access to massage treatments such as Swedish, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, CBD, Paradise, Sole Reviver and New Life New Mom massages. Additionally, facial services included in the package are 5th Avenue, Sea the Glow, Deep Cleansing, Joy of Beauty, HSR Anti-wrinkle, and Vitamin C facials.

Platinum Membership, also starting with a $500 initiation fee, provides enhanced benefits, including three Day Passes for friends and family, a $150 Skin Care Gift Bag, and a 30-minute consultation. For a monthly fee of $470, members receive access to Spa Lounge and thermal experiences once a week, one 80-minute premium massage or facial per month, a 10% discount on additional services and products on treatment day, and a resort pool day pass.

Platinum Membership includes even more services such as Synchronicity, Sound & Vibration Therapy, Swedish, Hot Rock, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, CBD, Paradise, Tranquility Ritual, Thai Muscle Melt, Vitaly Booster, Polynesian Ritual, Unplug to Reboot, and customized massages. Even more, facials included are 5th Avenue, Sea the Glow, Blur and Repair, Signature, Deep Cleansing, Gentlemen’s, Joy of Beauty, Luminant Brightening, HSR Anti-wrinkle, Vitamin C, and Illuminating Stone facials.

Additional perks for both memberships include a complimentary 50-minute service for referring a friend and the flexibility of a one-month leave of absence option. Membership benefits must be used within the month, and a 30-day notice is required for cancellations, with a $250 early termination fee applied.
