Celebrate “My Rhythm. My Flavor. ¡Mi Gente!” this Hispanic Heritage Month at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood from Sunday, Sept. 15 through Tuesday, Oct. 15. Hispanic Heritage Month is a time to celebrate the rich and diverse cultures of Hispanic and Latin Americans and learn about their history and contributions to the U.S.

Rare and iconic pieces from some of the biggest Hispanic artists from Hard Rock’s Memorabilia Vault Collection will be on display at the corner of Hard Rock Live and Hard Rock Cafe. Featured items include:

• Carlos Santana’s brown leather jacket worn during his stage performances.
• Celia Cruz’s outfit worn during her February 1999 performance at Tenerife Carnaval, designed by Irma Peñalver.
• Jennifer Lopez’s bodysuit for the cover of the February 2016 issue of “People en Español” magazine.
• Maluma’s red Hugo Boss jumpsuit worn during the inaugural Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix at Hard Rock Stadium in May 2022.

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood
The award-winning steakhouse will showcase a beef tenderloin with anticucho sauce, crispy shallots, and chives.

Hard Rock Sports Bar and Beach Club Bar & Grill
Hard Rock Sports Bar and Beach Club Bar & Grill will highlight choripan with chimichurri and guasacaca clasica, a Latin sandwich consisting of chorizo sausage in a bread roll and an avocado salsa.

The new-style Japanese restaurant will highlight kanpachi tiradito with ají amarillo soy, Asian pear pico, fresno, micro cilantro, Himalayan salt and extra virgin olive oil.

Abiaka Hosts Chef Juan Manuel “Juanma” Barrientos for Michelin-Starred Restaurant elcielo Pop-Up
Paired with Abiaka, Colombian celebrity Chef Juan Manuel Barrientos for a four-day culinary pop-up from Thursday, Oct. 10 through Sunday, Oct. 13. The pop-up will give guests a glimpse into the dynamic food, drinks and entertainment of Michelin-starred restaurant, elcielo.

As part of the celebration, Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood will feature two exclusive cocktails throughout the month. Prepared on the rocks, the Pineapple Margarita is a refreshing cocktail made with tequila reposado, lime juice, agave and pineapple juice. Available until Tuesday, Oct. 15 at Center Bar, L Bar, Oculus Bar and Hard Rock Sports Bar. The Spicy Hibiscus cocktail, exclusively at L Bar throughout Hispanic Heritage Month, is a sweet cocktail with tequila, mezcal, lime juice and hibiscus syrup.

The Guitar Hotel Pool
The Latin-inspired poolside party will occur on Friday, Oct. 11 from 8:30 to 11:30 p.m. at The Guitar Hotel Pool. The event will feature live music from Dominican signer, Milly Quezada, a four-time Latin GRAMMY Award-winner and most notably recognized as the “Queen of Merengue” for her contributions to merengue. Tickets start at $85. Eat, drink and dance the night away while the audio-responsive feature on the guitar façade grooves to the beat of the music through a nightlight spectacular.
