  • Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is celebrating “A New Era in Florida Gaming” with the launch of craps, roulette and retail sports betting at all six Seminole Casinos. Mobile sports betting is also available to players located throughout Florida. The introduction of the new games is a historic milestone that immediately puts Florida in the same league with the world’s great gaming destinations.
    Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood offers 10 craps tables and 20 roulette tables on its casino floor. In addition, dozens of retail sports betting locations can be found throughout the property, including both electronic kiosks and kiosks with live sports betting agents.

  • Yes. Early check-in may be requested and will be accommodated if available.
  • Yes. We accept dogs up to 40 pounds on property. A $100 non-refundable fee will apply for hotel guests. Read our pet policy. There is a pet area located outside at the bus lobby entrance.
  • Yes. Daily resort fee of $40 includes:
    • Access to Resort Pools (The Guitar HotelHard Rock Hotel & Lagoon Complex)

    *All X and Icon Unity™ by Hard Rock members will have their daily resort fee waived.
  • Yes. We hold a $100 security deposit per night on the credit card provided at check-in for incidental charges. The hold will be released at check-out provided there were no charges billed back to the room.
  • Yes. We offer complimentary Wi-Fi for all hotel guests.
  • Our hotel offers both smoking optional and non-smoking floors. We will always do our best to accommodate our guest’s smoking preferences however these requests are non-guaranteed and based on availability at the time of check-in.
  • Yes. We have complimentary parking located on property at Lucky Street Garage, Winner’s Way Garage and Seminole Way Garage. Valet parking is also available at a charge of $35 for overnight guests. Valet will charge $40 for event parking on all Hard Rock Live event nights. Daily rate is $30. XCARD members will receive complimentary parking.
  • The pool is available to hotel guests only. Cabanas are now available 7 days a week for rent and are based on availability. Reservations are required and may be made by calling (866) 502-7529.
  • The pool and gardens area is available only to registered guests of the hotels. The presence of a parent or legal guardian for children under 18 years of age is required.
  • Yes. Babysitting services can be arranged by contacting the Concierge Desk.
  • Please note that housekeeping daily service and turndown service will not be available during your stay. Should you require bags, or linens, we will have these available to you upon request.

  • Yes. We offer complimentary wheelchairs based on availability. If you require a motorized scooter, please contact the Concierge by calling (954) 327-7473 with 24 hours notice to allow for delivery. Charges will apply.
