The SFPC Toys in the Sun Run, a charity motorcycle ride and music festival that annually brings together thousands of motorcyclists and their families, friends and others in the South Florida community, returns on Sunday, Dec. 7, 2025.

Country music singer-songwriter Gretchen Wilson is slated to take the stage as the headliner of the music festival that follows the SFPC Toys in the Sun Run motorcycle ride. Just off her win as “Pearl” on “The Masked Singer,” Wilson is expected to treat the festival crowd to performances of many of her greatest hits, including her first number one track, “Redneck Woman.”

The SFPC Toys in the Sun Run is a beloved South Florida holiday tradition dating to 1988. With toys strapped on their motorcycles, five thousand bikers are expected to come together in a coordinated mass motorcycle ride. They plan to join fun-loving members of the community in a post-ride music festival to collect toys and raise money for children’s charities, including Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital and Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County, plus the Bergeron Everglades Foundation.

The 2025 event is presented by the Seminole Tribe of Florida and Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. It is fueled by major sponsor Rick Case Automotive Group, with additional support from Ron Bergeron and others.

This year’s huge throng of bikers and riders will meet beginning at 8 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 7 at the Oasis Parking Lot on U.S. 441 (State Road 7) across from Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood for what is billed as South Florida’s largest motorcycle parade, shutting down State Road 7 and other South Florida highways.

The massive motorcycle ride will end at the Bergeron Green Glades Ranch, off U.S. 27 at 21111 S.W. 16th Street in Weston. There, motorcycle and music enthusiasts will enjoy a day-long festival of local and headline musical entertainment, as well as a vendor village, food and fun, while collecting holiday toys for needy children and raising money for the charities.

This year’s SFPC Toys in the Sun Run is being organized in memory of longtime participants Max Osceola Jr., Rick Case, and both Bob and Dave Amchir, the event’s father and son organizers from 1988 through 2018, as well as many others who lived to ride for the kids alongside thousands of their biker friends.

“We’re doing this because it’s important for the kids and the community, and because we want to honor the memories of those riders who are no longer with us,” said Chris Osceola, Seminole Tribal Council Representative for the Hollywood Seminole Reservation and Grand Marshal of this year’s event.

Rita Case, President and CEO of Rick Case Automotive Group said, “The Toy Run was a favorite event for Rick and I, as our first date was a motorcycle ride in the 70's, we were both Honda motorcycle dealers. We’re excited to be part of reigniting this charity ride that brings together bikers supporting our community.”

"The Toy Run is more than just a ride, it’s a tradition of giving, honoring, and community,” said “Alligator” Ron Bergeron. “From sawgrass to seagrass, the Everglades is the heart of Florida’s environment and our way of life, and I’m proud that the Bergeron Everglades Foundation can host the festival that follows the ride. It’s a time for us all to come together to celebrate, remember, and support the children and families who need us most, while also recognizing the importance of protecting the environment for future generations."

The South Florida Presidents Council (SFPC) is made up of hundreds of motorcycle enthusiasts who believe in giving back to help the community. They are united in participating to collect toys and raise money for charity.

Broward Sheriff’s Office is helping to plan and execute this year’s event, to ensure the safety of participants and others. The exact route and additional details will be forthcoming.

A complete sellout of the event is expected, so pre-purchasing tickets online is recommended. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit the event website.
