Rooftop Live is Now Officially Open at The Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood With Weekly Music Programming

DAER Nightclub and Dayclub, South Florida’s recently launched  nightlife and daylife entertainment concept at the newly expanded Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood has announced the grand opening of its third entertainment venue, Rooftop Live.

The standalone, 10,000-square-foot venue is located on the top floor of DAER Nightclub and features a breathtaking view of the Bora Bora Lagoon and the glittering 450-foot Guitar Hotel.

“We’re excited to introduce the final component of DAER South Florida,” said Matthew Minichino, Vice President of Nightlife at Hard Rock International. “Rooftop Live is a casual concept perfect for guests who are looking for a more laid-back vibe than the nightclub or dayclub but still want to have an extraordinary night out.”

The cocktail-driven venue will feature tiki-themed drinks and large format specialty cocktails featuring the Tequila Mami, crafted with tequila, cucumber jalapeño syrup and ginger beer; the Absolut Passion, made with vodka, Aperol, passion fruit and watermelon juice; and the cooling Freeze POP!, combining cherry vodka, grape vodka, melon liqueur, housemade simple syrup, fresh lime juice and a pop-rocks rim. A savory taco food truck will also be on-site serving guests Mexican-inspired dishes and small bites including Beef Barbacoa Tacos, Chicken Tinga Tacos, Tofu & Black Bean Tacos and more.

Rooftop Live, designed for live bands and entertainment, will feature live performances every Friday and Saturday night from local South Florida talent, as well as oversized party games. The new rooftop concept will offer guests a perfect place to celebrate birthdays, host private events and sports viewing parties, and everything in between.

Rooftop Live is open Fridays and Saturdays from 6 p.m. – midnight, and will offer buy-one-get-one free specialty cocktails for Happy Hour on Fridays from 6 – 7 p.m.
