Smoking of any type, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted anywhere inside Hard Rock Live, the lobby, or the restrooms of Hard Rock Live.

Ticket pick up is available only on the day of the show during Box Office hours. To collect your ticket(s), you must bring a combination of the following:
1.Valid Photo Identification (AND)
2. The credit card used for the related purchase (OR) the confirmation number associated with the related purchase
Hard Rock Live does not accept third-party will-call tickets or name changes.

Hard Rock Live Northern Indiana offers ADA seating for those with disabilities. ADA availability is limited for each event. To purchase accessible tickets, please contact our Box Office via email or phone. If you already have purchased a ticket and require accessibility access, contact our Box Office for arrangements, as availability on the day of show is extremely limited. To inquire on-site on the day of show, please arrive as early as possible to speak with a Box Office representative for further assistance.

Only service animals or service animals in-training are allowed in Hard Rock Live. The service animal must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered while in the venue unless the service animal's work or the person's disability prevents the use of these devices. Please contact the Box Office prior to the day of show to make ADA arrangements for service animals.

Hard Rock Live Northern Indiana is dedicated to providing all guests a safe and comfortable environment.
Please arrive early to allow adequate time for you and your guests to move through the queue and security.
All local, state, and federal alcohol and narcotics laws may be enforced and prosecuted.
Venue security and first responders, including police officers and EMTs, may be available to assist guests' needs.
If at any time while on property you see something that concerns you for the safety of yourself or others, please immediately notify a member of our venue staff, security, or one of the first responders present.

All guests entering Hard Rock Live may be subject to visual inspection, pat downs, bag checks, and walk-through/handheld metal detection conducted by security. Prohibited items may be confiscated. By tendering a ticket and entering Hard Rock Live, guests consent to such searches and waive any related claims that they may have against Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana and its affiliates. If individuals elect not to consent to searches, they will be denied entry to the venue.

Hard Rock intends to provide all guests with a safe, comfortable, and friendly environment. Our venue prohibits foul or abusive language, obscene or indecent clothing, and behaviors that otherwise negatively interfere with other guests' experiences. Any violation of these policies may result in ejection. Guests who are seemingly intoxicated or under the influence of illegal narcotic substances may not be granted access or may be removed.

The following general camera policy is subject to change at any time at the discretion of venue management. Non-flash, still cameras of any type may be used to take pictures of events where house lights are illuminated during a performance as long as it does not interfere with other guests' views. Any tripod or other photography equipment may not be used or placed in any area of the building without a building-issued media credential. No selfie sticks, video recording devices audio recorders, or cameras with detachable lenses are allowed.

All seated shows have assigned seats, unless otherwise specified. Guests should retain their ticket throughout the event and be prepared to show their ticket when entering the specific seating area and when exiting.

All advanced ticket sales are available online through Ticketmaster. Tickets can also be purchased in-person at the Box Office located inside our casino. Operating hours are on Fridays and Saturdays from 12-8pm, as well as show days beginning at 12pm, subject to availability. All events at Hard Rock Live are 21+. Valid photo ID is required for entry into Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana and Hard Rock Live.

To enter Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana as well as the Hard Rock Live venue, guests must be able to present acceptable forms of photo identification.
Acceptable forms include:
Valid Driver's License with photo and DOB
Military Identification with photo and DOB
Passport with photo and DOB
Please note: photos or copies of IDs will not be accepted.
Unacceptable forms of identification include all school ID cards, company work badges, any other types of identifications not issued by a government agency, or foreign issued Driver's License or ID cards, including Mexico and Canada.
